One of the cleanest locations. Manager is friendly and welcoming. I stayed her for a few weeks while working away from home. Would choose this hotel again if ever in the area.

The Intown Suite – Montgomery is clean, quiet, reasonably priced, and the staff pleasant, courteous, and hard working.
I have stayed at this location at various times over the last 7 to 10 years, that have seen the property be renovated and upgraded to include plank flooring in all rooms, reliable air conditioning and internet, well kept grounds, and a gradual change in the clientele that has served to ensure everyone has a safe and respectable living environment to come home to, whatever the duration of your stay.
My only criticism, is that this location doesn't honor the discounts and promotions advertised thru its company portal. After receiving a (Fallflash) email notification indicating up to $100 off the weekly rate thru 1/31/2025 for any new bookings made between 10/3/24 and 10/31/2024, I was advised by the manager that she would not honor the promotion, as she knew nothing about it. She stated that she was almost at full occupancy and could easily rent the room at full price and didn't have a need to offer a reduced rate. After showing her the specific email of reference, I was advised to select the link provided in the email and try to book my extended stay online to secure the reduced rate, but that she would not apply it in office.
Having done at she instructed, the Fallflash discount only applied a $50 weekly rate reduction rather than the $100 that was advertised. Upon going back to the rental office to extend my stay and provide the reservation confirmation number, I was then told by the manager that she would only honor the online reduction on a one time basis and that going forward I would need to pay the full weekly rate with no reduction. To complicate the matter further, after being told by the representative at the company's reservation hot line, that I could pay weekly for my three week extension, I was informed by the manager that I would need to pay the full balance of my three week extension upfront at the time of check-in.
It's business practices like this, where decisions would seem to be made at one individuals personal discretion rather than a uniform, fair, and consistently applied policy, that opens a company up to charges of bias, disparate treatment, discrimination, and false advertisement.
*There would also seem to be an issue of someone urinating in the one and only elevator. A note was posted by the manager that, if caught, the individual responsible would face both ejection from the property and a $500 dollar cleaning fine. Unfortunately, for the other guest, the elevator would be taken of service if the incident is to continue. Hmm.
Present issues aside, this property is a great place to stay, reasonable priced, centrally located, and well maintained.

We stayed at this location but recently relocated back to Florida due to a family emergency I will say we had no issues with our stay. Levi was very kind and helpful throughout our stay with our move to Montgomery. It’s upgraded, no carpet , super close to Walmart which we loved . No one bothered us everyone minded their own business. Lots of food places near by over all 10 out of 10 .

we are enjoying our stay . everyone stays to there self, rooms are nice size for 2 people, large fridge & nice size shower. clean parking lot !

Jennifer Levi and Nicole is the main people I see when I come there I stayed there a few weeks and they put me on do not win again because I told the housekeeper Nicole that she cannot get my room because I did not answer the door I'm not at home that means to do everything she delivered that message to the gm Jennifer. And Jennifer let me know that I have to let her hand and I'll let Jennifer know that I was there for let her in but she still would not do nothing in my room Jennifer is very rude and obnoxious when I asked her for corporate's number she'd let me know this is her property she is corporate and Levi the front desk keep on rolling his eyes and hitting the desk make me very nervous so I just walked out overall the bad review for InTown suites in Montgomery they are very intimidating and unreasonable they have no qualities of communication or customer service.

Very nice quiet place to stay...I got one of the renovated rooms and this sucker is beautiful...bed comfy, new sheet new smell new bathroom...I'm so satisfied..wish I could give more stars but INTOWN YOU ARE AMAZING...

First of all the general manager is a crook. Will hang up on you so she can charge you for late fees because they won’t answer the phone. They WILL NOT clean the rooms and then keep your deposit! I will be contacting corporate and seeking an immediate return of my funds when I had nothing but issues while there from microwaves stop working to fridges not working. Being harassed by night time caretakers who are smoking marijuana. Corporate will be called !

Jennifer and Carrie are awesome. I felt like they cared about the residents and were so easy to work with when an issue arose. The rooms were nice and clean. The laundry facilities were easy to access and kept clean. They made sure that residents didn’t loiter so that we felt safe during our stay.
