Once my account was reinstated, Shun, the retail manager, personally assisted me with setting up my new device and went the extra mile to find accessory discounts I qualified for.

“My sales lady was amazingly attentive and helpful I went saturday (6-15) morning around 1030 they only had 2 workers but they were both super nice and funny and did there best to let people know they will be with us ASAP. While phones were transferring they helped people with minor request so they didn't have to wait. I recently moved to the area and wanted to get my phone line transferred to be my own plan, and the employee, Zack, was super helpful and patient with the process. A super kind and friendly employee and well-dedicated to make sure his customers are satisfied with their needs.
