Person on the telephone is remarkably rude. I asked for a quote to replace a broken window. The folks who showed up at my home were actually nice. They measured and presumably provided all the information needed to whoever puts together quotes. I didn't get any information from them for a few business days and a weekend, so I called and asked if they had it. The quote was provided, but when I asked when they could actually install it, I mentioned that I had asked other companies to provide quotes as well, and wanted an idea of how much time I was looking at so I could compare and contrast. The woman on the phone told me "Well, call me back then", with the implication being that she'd answer that question of how long it'd take after I got other quotes and still wanted to do business with them. She had been rude to me on the phone before, too. I was hopeful it was a bad day, but I think that she's just like that. As much money as they're charging folks, they don't need to have a representative acting that way.

We had a shower enclosure cut, installed with 4 huge bathroom mirrors. Mirrors were measured and cut to size we desired and then framed. Mirrors were hung and look great! A big thank you goes out to Alice in the office and all the installers. Everyone was professional, courteous and dependable! It's tough these days to find a company that's reliable but Independent Glass is the exception. Will definitely give all my glass work in the future to them.

Terrible service. We paid to have cur glass on 7/27/2021 and it's now 8/13/2021 and we still don't have our merchandise. This was supposed to be ready a week later. They keep giving us the runaround.
