The first time I got medication here it was a pleasant atmosphere but the second time was not so pleasant. The pharmacist wanted to know how or why did I have so much insurance. That’s not his business. His business was to fill my prescriptions. He made me feel like because I was black I shouldn’t have had that much insurance. When you work hard you can have anything you like. I will be notifying my physician about this so that they can send my medication somewhere else.

I will be going to ikare for all future prescriptions. Walgreens did not have my prescription and did not fax it over until after IKare was closed (after a 3 hour wait); but Ashish stayed after to fill my and two other customer prescriptions (also faxed over from Walgreens). He was patient, kind, and understanding. After a long day of the run around via Walgreens, the customer service at IKare was refreshing!

Cannot recommend IKare enough. Needed a specific Covid test for last minute Japan travel and after much research and advice from the airline was headed to ATL for the test. Read reviews and stopped to find they did it here for a fraction of the price and the BEST customer service. You guys have my business from here out and I’ll tell every one. Great Job!! You saved my trip.

This owner went above and beyond to help me and my partner with last minute PCR test for a flight the next day after another pharmacy dropped the ball. I wish I had known about this pharmacy before then and it would have saved me so much trouble. While we were waiting for our results two customers didn’t speak English well and the owner tried to speak their language when he could and used a lot of hand gestures to help them understand. Very kind and accommodating. 10/10 would recommend.

When it comes to being in customer service, especially something essential such as medicine or health, because for a higher standard of compassion and courtesy when dealing with the elderly, people with emotional ailments, and the community in general. These are times of adversity as it is, and nobody wants to feel like they are being mistreated when they are giving their hard earned money for a service. That's exactly the way I feel when I spend money with I care pharmacy. The other day I was humiliated in front of the store clerk, his associate, and patrons inside and outside of the pharmacy. I was asked to wear a mask or leave. A mandate is not a law. It is the quickest way to get sued under the first amendment. Not only do masks deprive your brain of oxygen and displace your teeth from bad breath germs, anyone who knows anything about biology knows that a micro particle flies through a mask like a gnat through a chain-link fence. Not to mention it's humiliating and it's a shame ritual that I choose not to play a part in. I choose to place my faith in Jesus Christ and not deny the power he has to protect and heal us as he has throughout the course of history. People can argue about having a sound mind to make conscious decisions but the word of God is clear, "trust in the Lord with all your heart and lean not on your own understandings. But in all your ways acknowledge him and he will direct your path." My point is, I'm a pastor, I went to get my medicine there five days earlier I was not asked to wear a mask. It's as if walking in there five days later made me infectious or contagious. There is no bogeyman out there people. And if you choose to wear a mask, I respect your mind, but I choose to trust in my God, And I also choose to not have people I'm spending money with scream at me as if I'm a child. Here's the thing, if you want to wear a mask, I don't care, if you don't wanna wear a mask, I don't care either. If you're vaccinated, and if you are giving vaccines to the community, why do you care if I am not wearing a mask? Why are you vaccinating people when it has statistically been proven that the vaccine has literally killed almost double the amount of people than the actual virus that kills less than one out of 100 people anyway. Again, if you're vaccinated, why do you care if I'm not wearing a mask? Do you feel like a mask put you in a different ozone layer? Or on a completely different planet? I just don't understand it. It's not confrontation I seek, only to leave our children in a decent world where civil liberties so basic as moral bodily integrity and freedom of religion are necessary. The difference in rape and love is? Consent. No I do not consent to anything that will demoralize myself or my fellow man, take away our individuality without any constructive proven science, or the stripping away of an individuals God-given consent. I would rather take my money to people who appreciate my business and my religious beliefs. The man who runs the place has a "my way or the highway" attitude. I'll take the highway over humiliation any day of the week. But I will also warn others in the community when a wolf is in the sheep pin.

Called this Thanksgiving morning. Even though they were closed, they went and opened to fill a prescription for our granddaughter who was diagnosed with RSV today. Above and beyond. We are blessed to have someone with a caring heart working at this business. May God bless you and your business.
