The rooms were very nice and the staff was phenomenal. It's not right at the exit but access wasn't too bad. GPS makes it confusing and gets the parking lot mixed up so just get on the road and look for the sign.

I really just want to say that as a weary traveler at the front desk I was greeted by Serenthia who had a big welcoming smile, helpful information, and a follow up text to check on us. By far, the best front desk experience I have ever had in my many travels!!

Wouldn’t stay again! Grime and filth covered by surface upgrades. It’s obvious they aren’t cleaning thoroughly nor regularly. Thank God I only had to stop for the night during a long road trip. However, staff was friendly during the little interaction I had with them.

Overall, a great hotel. Great Customer Service. Great Breakfast. Great Rooms. However, one of the entry doors closest to our room didn't work and one of the elevators didn't work. I would stay here again. The grits and carrot cake muffin is excellent!

A great location with even better people! The staff was very responsive on the messaging app and very helpful! All the staff from the front desk to the breakfast room were SO friendly! Will definitely choose to stay here again.

Close to downtown, but away from the homeless population downtown. Quite. Wendesdays there is a complimetery beer and wine, and appetizers. Rooms were fairly modern inside.

Top knotch property! The staff from the front desk, kitchen and housekeeping we 10/10. I could tell that they train the employees to take customer service seriously. The culture of this property is guest FIRST! We stayed 5 days and we loved every minute. Dont hesitate to reserve here especially for extended stays. You won't be disappointed.The hotel decor and room are aesthetically pleasing Rooms: Our room was spotless, comfortable, cozy and very quiet and we were on the bottom floor. I had the pull out couch and surprisingly pretty comfortable. All our needs were meet with a smile and courtesy.Nearby activities: Eastchase Shoppes are very nice and only4miles awayShopping and tons of restaurantsSafety: The area is tucked away from the main roads making it feel more secluded. The outer doors are locked as you need your room key to enter. The outside lighting is good and we did see the sheriff's deputies ride through during the evening hours.Food & drinks: The morning complimentary full breakfast was top knotch. Breakfast wasn't just your dry cereal, fruit and yogurt its waffles, eggs, grits, fried potatoes, etcThe coffee is fresh and THE BEST adding the most amazing kitchen manager. She made the day great with her morning greeting and joyful, "Good Morning, How are you."

One of the best personnel I have ever met, from the time I phoned to get some help upon my arrival and check out. Very friendly, helpful, and kind they did it all with a smile. The entire staff from the front, desk,the cleaning personnel and breakfast staff. I was at Montgomery for a business travel. I had to unexpectedly check out of another hotel for an unpleasant incident. My coworker said good things about this hotel. I called my company's agent however they were not able to find any hotel at corporate rate. My coworker and I went to the front desk and talked to Serenthia and explained the situation. She looked into her system and was able to find a room with corporate rate! She was a life saves as I had no where to go. The rooms are clean, they have excellent breakfast with lots of choices and the staff are very nice. Highly recommended! The location is great because there are various resturants nearby and also grocery shops as well.

It under remodeling, large rooms with no desk. The service and staff is great unfortunately the main elevator doesn't work since like June and things from the studio suites are missing the first room I was in had to request dish soap, frying pan and toilet paper. Mid stay they told me there was a leak on the room below me and they had to move me. The room I was moved to was supposed to be off service but wasn't. Ac didn't work and eventually found out the fridge didn't either. Considering the rate is definitely not worth it. The other Homewood in eastchase has very similar rates and almost none of the problems. I did like the in app key worked and the staff was very friendly and attentive. I just decided to check out earlier instead of changing rooms again

The elevator didn't work the entire time we were there, and our room was on the 3rd floor. One day, I woke up only to find a large roach on the bed. It was unbelievable.

I liked how it was tucked back away from the road. Seemed more private to me. Rooms were very nice and clean. Was under construction but they kept everything dust free and quiet. Breakfast was probably the best I’ve had at a hotel that was included with the cost of the room. Front desk staff was smiling and very friendly.Rooms: Clean spacious and huuuugeFood & drinks: Best continental breakfast I’ve ever had
