Great location. Nice area. Disappointed with the hotel. The rooms are dated. Torn furniture. Hallways need better cleaning. Good customer service, but I know I won’t stay at the Hilton Garden Inn again. Hate that I used my points for this experience. Would’ve felt even worse if I spent cash.Rooms: Extremely dated. Rust. Mold. Ripped furniture. Carpet needs cleaning.

Plain and simple: Worst Hilton Garden Inn we have ever stayed at. Every room we were put in had major problems. Changed 3 rooms before we were given a tolerable room. Problems: toilet wouldn't flush in first one, chair scratched and bed didn't look freshly made in another one , then next one toilet had to be flushed 4or 5 times before emptying. Very bad experience. We hate to give bad reviews but this hotel needs to live up to the standards we all expect from the Hilton Brand.Rooms: Very dirty carpet in hall way. Couldn't raise window treatments, broken. Rust in Microwave. Yes rust.

If you’re looking for a safe and clean place this is it. I travel often and usually look for a Hilton Garden Inn because I know my room will be clean and in a safe location. When the cleanliness of a particular location is even better than what I thought was already above par I have to tell the world. The fresh smell caught my attention upon walking through the door and I looked down at the shiny floor I knew it was different in the best of ways. They’re all great but this one is on another level of greatness.

I’ve stayed here many times over the past several years without issue. I frequently travel for work & usually stay with Hilton. Today has not been the best experience. No one should have to choose between sleeping on the extreme yellow pillow vs the pillow with visible blood ?. If I can see it at first glance housekeeping can too. Cleanliness has gone downhill greatly here. The floors & surfaces in the room/bathroom don’t seem clean. The bathroom smelled of stale sulfur (reminds me of beach water). Thank god I didn’t fly & I had a spare pillow in my trunk. The front desk attendant has been the only positive, see seems very attentive.

The breakfast menu structure is a bit bizarre. You can have meat/potatoes OR grains/fruit/juice. If you want to mix them, the price almost doubles.I would like to see all or part of the grain/fruit/juice buffet included if you purchase something else (in particular the fruit/juice part), or at least an option for a reasonable upcharge. If someone orders additional food, they won't be eating as much from the buffet anyway, and as it stands right now you are basically paying for an extra breakfast to get an apple and a shot glass of orange juice.

The floors in the room were filthy, the headboard for the bed had strange damage, and the tables in the room were dirty. I am not sure how this hotel has the Hilton name attached to it, its disgusting. The GM emailed me and said they are renovating in December and please come back after renovation is done. If they don’t clean the rooms efficiently, it wont matter if they renovate.

The room was nice and clean, just your standard room. The front desk was friendly and helpful. There is no restaurant available. They do offer some sort of breakfast but it was not open until after we left each day. Their area to purchase snacks like bottled drinks and candy bars is closed due to construction.

Looks nice at first but the rooms are clearly not cleaned well. There was a roach that popped out of my bed and there were bathroom tiles that were raggedly secured with duct tape. I told the front desk woman prior to checking out so she’d be aware and she just gave me a receipt and sent me on my way. No apology or anything. I didn’t bother to ask to move rooms considering if there were roaches in one room, there’s bound to be more elsewhere. For how expensive the rooms are, you’d think they’d atleast vacuum the rugs in between guests… toenails and plenty of dirt/lint were very visible on the floor first coming into the room.

We held out BHBFR2023 Reunion (first Reunion in 4 years!) at this location. We had a WONDERFUL time and definitely enjoyed our accommodations. We thought we were going to have A LOT of rain, but God came through and Blessed us with Plenty of sunshine! Food was Great, and Service was Better! Our Family was well-taken care of. It was obvious our business was appreciated.

I stayed at this hotel the last two nights. It’s beautiful and clean and the surrounding area has everything you need and more. However, the first night there was what sounded like a stampede above me, and after two calls to the front desk asking to resolve, it lasted from about 10pm to 2am. I had to wake up at 4am as I was traveling for business. Not ideal. I then asked the front desk what they could do, and they were both nice ladies, and moved my room. I got all my stuff moved to my new room and hopped In the shower to realize there was no shampoo. So, as I left to go back to work for 2nd shift, I asked the front desk if they would refill me shampoo (about 2pm), she said of course. When I returned about 730pm, I went to shower and still had no shampoo. I called the front desk, and someone eventually brought me shampoo. Then, this morning, I was early for breakfast (5:45am), and asked if I could make a bagel as it was all set out, and they said no it wasn’t open til 6am. It was all set out and ready, and all I asked for was a bagel. Honestly, I love Hilton hotels and have never experienced as much inconvenience as I have this week. Perhaps it is this location, I’m not sure. But, if I were you I would go to the Hampton in next door in hopes of a more affordable rate, better service and care for the customers.

It's just your everyday hotel, unfortunately service was ok, but nothing special. Rooms are decent size and comfortable.

If you are looking for a place to stay in east Montgomery, I would highly recommend this property. The sleeping rooms were immaculate and spacious. The common areas of the hotel are the same. All of the staff that I encountered were so nice and friendly. I will definitely stay here again the next time I am in the Montgomery area.Rooms: The rooms are very spacious and include a keurig coffee maker, refrigerator and microwave. I love all the counter space in the room for work and as well as personal items.Nearby activities: There are many food and shopping options nearby.Safety: As a solo traveler, I felt very safe staying at this property.

The staff from reception, bar, kitchen & housekeeping & everyone is super friendly and happy. I know being friendly is part of their job, but when the entire staff is like that, that’s a sign of good management, the people on the floor there, Definitely deserve kudos. The other reason I enjoy coming to Montgomery.
