Came here to Montgomery after being told I couldn’t get a shampoo at the Prattville location. Online checkin was quick, got right in a chair. Lady washed and conditioned my hair with hot water felt great. Cut I asked for was perfect. Very nice lady who chatted with me while cutting my hair but did not talk too much. Great experience.

The lady's who cut my hair always give me a great haircut of the best hair cuts I have ever had never mess it up like some barber shops do cut layer it where it doesn't stick out I will e back to get her to cut it again when it needs cutting again even trimmed my eyebrows love how she took pride in her work and made sure everything she did was perfect

Well to start off this location was without power due to an accident in the area. The staff was working out the current protocol for this when I arrived. They mentioned that they could only deal in cash due to the power. Luckily I had cash. Heather cut my hair and we chatted, easy conversation. Finished in no time and paid cash, they documented this for when the power was restored. This could have been an unpleasant visit due to the circumstances but was made great by the staff. Kudos.

I recently visited great clips and unfortunately, my experience wasn’t as expected. I had communicated clearly about the hairstyle I wanted, but the final result didn’t quite match my request. I believe that having more experienced and skilled hairdressers would really enhance the overall service. I hope that the salon can consider hiring more professional stylists to ensure better customer satisfaction in the future.

Received a 7.99 coupon for this location. Walked in and got the haircut. Went to pay and presented the coupon and was immediately told that they won't appect it. Ended up having to pay $24. Beware of this place. There are way too many good salons in town to deal with this garbage. I'm contacting the Department of commerce to report them.
