August 2024. Broken equipment brushes in the one lane auto car wash. I paid for a deluxe wash. While going thru I noted that the twirling brush that cleans car hood and trunk did not engage or work during wash. SUV hood was left dirty with leaf bits. I pointed this out to staff and requested that I be allowed to go thru wash again, presented my receipt, and did this within 1 day. Staff refused and insisted I pay to go thru again. I paid for a second wash, with same problem. Staff was advised. No refund was offered. No premium service provided.
Since equipment to clean hood and trunk are not working, AVOID this business.

The staff (one guy ) on Saturday morning was so friendly and helpful. Anything the customers asked help for he did it with a smile. Overall I'm definitely coming back for the convenience and help people that work for Goo Goo car wash.

I came to get a quick car wash before going to my family picnic and just to clean it out and Jamal did an amazing job. I got the $16 wash and he did more than $16 worth. Thank you so much for taking extra care extra time even on a busy Saturday.

I’m unsatisfied with the service simply because i was sold a pass by a gentleman that told me I could use it an any take 5 carwash only to find out that it was a lie. In fact, the guy at the car wash was unfamiliar with the pass. I paid $16 for the pass in Alabama and the guy in Memphis said the pass is $22.
