“I wish there were more stars to give! My mother has a Lift Chair and the hand control went out last night on it. This morning she called at 9:00 AM and Callie answered the phone and assured my mom that they would be able to help. Within 15 minutes mom had a phone call from John stating he was on the way to fix the chair. Her chair was fixed immediately and John answered her other questions as well while at her home. You don't see this kind of service these days! THANK YOU SO MUCH! It took so much pressure off of my mom and now she has her favorite chair back in working order!”
