While on vacation in our American Eagle RV with our two dogs we had mechanical issues about 50 miles away from our next stop in Montgomery. The first call made was to a local Diesel repair shop who wisely advised us to contact the local Freightliner dealer. That call was answered quickly by Grant who calmly asked questions and advised that they would be able to check it out. Grant also helped manage my expectations by providing a realistic timeline which we greatly appreciated. Once we found a safe place to pull over and park I called back and spoke with Andy, another calm and comforting voice on the other side of the phone. Andy kindly suggested an appropriate tow company, recommended a safe area to look for temporary accommodations and reassured me that they would look after us. Andy kept in regular communication so we knew what was happening at all times. On the third day, we arrived at the dealership and were able to get important details directly from the knowledgable technician which would help us with future service when arrived home. The folks at this dealership helped make a bad situation better by taking the time to ensure we were safe and got home without issue. Thanks so much for all your help.

Drop off unit and completely misdiagnosed. Dealer wanted to replace NOX sensor and only issue it had DEF pump. Watch out best pace to get ripped off.

Went in on a Thursday morning for 3 separate issues. The tech, Paul K. diagnosed and confirmed the problems, found all the parts in stock and had me back on the road Friday afternoon. Great job by the whole service department.

Called from the road with an injector problem got to dealership they got the truck in immediately diagnose the problem. They ordered the parts had truck fixed the next day very timely and very friendly people technician David was the one that worked on my truck definitely a top-notch place and they care about the truck driver.
