I have stopped going here and don’t recommend it to anyone else until upper management actually makes a change. Every time I’ve taken my car here with an appointment it just sits on the lift for hours while I watch every technician just stand around laughing and talking to each other. I recently decided to go to Christian Brothers instead to get a tire rotation among other things and they told me they couldn’t get the lug nuts off because they were over torqued by the previous technician (Firestone). I took my car back to Firestone to get them loosened and they said they loosened them. Fast forward to last week I took my car to get new tires at Discount Tire (highly recommended) and guess what…they couldn't get the lug nuts off so I had to get new ones. In short, don’t go to Firestone because they cannot be trusted. They’ve gone downhill and their management clearly knows about it based on other reviews I have read but fail to do anything about it.

My daughter and 3 of her friends had a flat on the interstate 2.5 hourd from home. A Firestone was found in Montgomery. My husband called to inform them of what was needed. Not only did they have everything ready when she pulled in but they waited on her past their closing time. Thank you so much for getting Jillian and her friends back on the road.

First off I waited four hours to not really know if the services that I paid for were even done. After the technician let my car out of the air to get an alignment, my car sat in that exact spot for hours before it was moved because I went inside to check on what was the hold up. The manager tells me that it needed to go to the other side to get an alignment so I goes back outside and wait. The technician brings my car out and parks it without doing the alignment so I goes back in there and asked him about it and he looked at me crazy because I knew that it hadn't gotten one. So he finally takes around the other side to do it after 30 more minutes. So once they bring it around again and I goes in and pay to leave but as I'm leaving I notice the exact low tire pressure tire was still on so I goes back in there in there and asked was my tire rotated because of the sensor and he tells me yes but I don't think it was because of everything that I had already saw while sitting there 4 hours

Ok. Had an appointment for 8:30 this am. Got there at 8:20. Sat for 1 HOUR mins went and asked how much longer because they had not even pulled it in the bay yet. Was told would be a little longer, I told them I'll just go elsewhere to give me my keys back. Guy walked out and turned right back around came back inside said "he's bringing yours in now.". Ok, fine it doesn't take long to just change the oil so go ahead. Well boy was I wrong my car just sat there in the bay while they guy worked on another car. Sat there another 45 mins asked again what was the deal. Was told oh it will be soon. Finally after it being in the bay an hr they did my oil change!!!! Overheard the guys talking and one said "oh we have 5 cars we need to do from yesterday so that's what we are working on". REALLY???? Someone makes an APPOINTMENT for a specific time and instead of taking care of them you work on stuff you didn't manage to do the day before and the customer WITH the APPOINTMENT has to wait 2+ hrs and you take the vehicle into the bay so they can't leave too. Do NOT go there!!!! They are rude, and will completely WASTE your time!!!!

I've had to take my car back multiple times because they never fixed the problem right the first time. Employees never listen to me when I'm telling them what's wrong. They drive around EastChase once or twice and try telling me nothing is wrong. Even when I have video proof they don't want to take things seriously and actually do their jobs.

I had my son take his 2011 Toyota Corolla in for repair to the Firestone at 7035 Eastchase Parkway. They determined it was the alternator and replaced it. However they failed to put the belt on. When my son inevitably broke down again the next day the tow truck driver noticed this. Trinity from Firestone called me today (9/27) and said they were putting the belt on at no charge, of course NOT, your mess up. And then he said there was some overheating that the belt not being there would NOT have caused. And that it would cost $1000 for them to fix those issues. I told my son to not have them fix it we would take it to another mechanic. When I took my son to pick up the car to take it to a better mechanic, I asked them how the overheating wouldn't be caused by the lack of a belt on the alternator as the belt is also attached to the water pump that cools the engine. They are claiming the damaged pipe and damaged radiator were not caused by their error. And I would have to talk to the Managing Partner Tommy tomorrow (9/28) as he is off today. I asked who would be reimbursing us for the $160 tow that we incurred due to their negligence and he said I would have to take that up with Tommy as well. Completely lied to me and my son saying the missing belt had nothing to do with any overheating.

I am little late sharing my experience at this place. Few weeks back, I was on a long trip when I started having issues with my alignment and tires. I spoke with Thomas on the phone, and the guys took care of it in a couple of hours. Professional people, here’s my 5 stars!

I had my vehicle service today. Received it back. Once i got home, I noticed something looked different about my wheels. The original bolts were missing. Then there's one that sticks out like a sore thumb. I called and was lied to and was told that the cap off the bolts popped off. I called Capitol Chevrolet and was told that my model Vehicle it's a complete bolt. My entire family noticed that a lot of the original bolts were missing. It's too obvious. I've been trying to get a hold of the manager. Because of the fear, if I go up there about my vehicle, I may get locked up. I need someone to respond. My next step is to call the corporate office.
