For Replacement of CV Axle ,they said it takes atleast 3 hours and charged me the labor cost of $ 327.80.Finally CV Axle replacement done with in one hour but charged me with 3 hours of labor charges.i asked the management for to charge me the labor cost for one hour but they said No.

I’ve used Firestone a few times. This is the first time at this location on Atlanta Hwy. Previously at the other location, customers service was poor. This has been the first time that I have received great service and have received my vehicle back in a timely manner on a Saturday. The customer service was polite from the Manager’s greeting and every employee that came through gave acknowledgment with a simple “Good Morning “. You do not see that anymore.

Great and thorough process throughout my service visit. Glad to choose Firestone vs dealership service as the employees are quick to let you know the status and professional in handling of any issues. A wise man once said, "Say yes and figure out the details later. Saying yes when you think you can't is exactly when you should."I am so grateful for the professionalism and service of the manager, advisor and crew at the Firestone on Atlanta Highway. They achieved what the prime location in Eastchase couldn't -- and wouldn't -- do.On the morning of Christmas Eve, my car's message center advised me to change the front brake pads. This was a grave concern, considering I had a Christmas day trip to the North Georgia mountains. I went online and made a 1 PM appointment with the East Chase Firestone. I arrived at 12:40 and was immediately told that my appointment had been canceled because the mechanics were on their way home. I was never notified. Online, the operating hours were to end at 5 PM. The service advisor asked me to try the Atlanta Highway Firestone, and that one phone call from me made all the difference.The service advisor, Ray, the manager, LaToya, and well-staffed technicians found the problem, printed a report of the solutions, I postponed the trip, and I was able to return the vehicle on Tuesday with the dealership picking up the tab. In a matter of 3 hours, my car was ready!As a side note, I found it interesting that too many other patrons who came to the Atlanta Highway store shared horror stories about customer service at the Eastchase store, a prime location. It is my hope that the Eastchase will get it together as Firestone is a reputable brand.

Walking in the store the customer service rep was working on his phone. He never looked up or acknowledged I was there. After 5-10 minutes of being ignored I left and will never go back.

I brought my SUV in for a oil change, tire patch and a a/c inspection on the Tuesday before Thanksgiving. After sitting for an hour I was told that the mechanic working on my vehicle had went to lunch and would finish the SUV when he got back. Not the most professional and nicest people in my humble opinion. I wouldn't use them again.
