We arrived at this hotel after a long journey, and because of the high price, were expecting cleanliness at the bare minimum. Not so. Our room had a bathroom that didn’t lock, a TV that didn’t work, the toilet seat was still up from the last user, a huge, loud, air-conditioning vent roared nonstop, and when my daughter and I pulled out her bed in the sofa couch, there were blood stains on the mattress. We called the front desk and asked if we could have a different room. They obliged and gave us room keys to another room that was equally bad, but this one had mysterious trails of cereal spilled outside the door. We ended up opting for the original room, disgusting as it was, and decided to have my daughter sleep on the sofa without making it into a bed. Even if we had wanted to, no sheets were provided — only a ratty blanket, and nothing to cover up the bloodstained mattress. We called and asked for additional blankets, but they have yet to deliver them in spite of two calls. This hotel is disgusting and overpriced, with terrible housekeeping and management.

Happy Hour nice. 2 free drinks. Including mixed drinks. Veggies and hummus available for free. No hot tub as some pics show. Room was not cleaned prior. Trash on floor. Dirty comforter. Worst issue was the noise. People running the hallways and screaming up to 2am. Got no sleep. People trying to get into my room so I put a deadbolt and my luggage in front of door. Would not stay again. Staybridge is cheaper and probably cleaner and quietRooms: Not cleaned

Worst hotel we’ve ever stayed in. Management is a joke, customer service is nonexistent. There was puke in an elevator, we informed the front desk. They came over and pushed a button to send the elevator up so another would come to get us. IT WAS STILL THERE THE NEXT MORNING! We struggled to get enough towels or toilet paper for our family of 5 during our 3 week stay. We emailed the general manager weeks later and they didn’t care. We will NEVER recommend this hotel to anyone.

This hotel was very clean and the rooms were spacious. The amenities were excellent. They provide a hospitality hour that provides each adult in your group with 2 drinks from the bar free. Also, the free breakfast is the best I've ever experienced in any hotel. I especially enjoyed the omelet station where a person prepares you an omelet of your choice. The rest of the breakfast was awesome. Everything was freshly made, eggs, grits, oatmeal, biscuits and gravy, etc. Believe me, you won't be disappointed. The rooms are a little on the pricey side but you definitely get what you pay for. I strongly recommend.Rooms: Spacious and comfortable bed. Nice separate sitting area.Food & drinks: Awesome breakfast with just about everything you would want in a breakfast. All freshly made.

We arrived to the room and it looked as if someone had used the bathroom prior to us arriving, or the cleaning person didn't wipe off the toilet. The toilet seat was up, and wet urine was on it. The front desk was called and someone came up and did a total cleaning of the bathroom. The rest of the room was perfect. We enjoyed having a TV in the bedroom and another one in the living room area.Breakfast was delicious! It would've been better if the youth didn't skip in line and play vulgar music out of a speaker (should've had headphones). That was out of the hotels control though. The lobby and parking lot were very clean. It was weird to see a cat living near the front door. It had a whole food bowl, water bowl, and new container of cat food next to its little cage. When asked about it, the front desk clerk said it's "the hotel employees' pet."The clerk was nice and friendly and she made check out swift.

Check-in at Embassy Suites Montgomery was smooth, and parking options were presented at check-in. However, the $20 hotel parking fee was perplexing, especially since validation for usage wasn't clear. There's $5 gated parking and free street parking (meters starting at 8 am).Really OMS were clean but had a broken safe, missing bathroom hook, shampoo bottle top broken and sofa bed sheets weren’t present in room, phone not workingThe hotel, though dated, has a unique charm from its opening era. Breakfast, featuring made-to-order omelettes, was enjoyable. Happy hour snacks were standard, with just chips, dips, and veggies.Despite choosing street parking, we were charged the $20 fee initially. Reversing this charge required multiple conversations with staff. The hotel's proximity to nice restaurants was a plus, but the overall experience left room for improvement.

Highly recommend. Best price in town, BUT there was NOTHING stating there was a nightly parking fee of $20. It was added to multiple members of our group despite only being one vehicle in the group. It was removed when we brought that to their attention but they wouldn't budge when we said we weren't told about a parking fee. When you stay there for 13 nights, that was an unexpected expense.

Checked in at midnight. Front desk told me that breakfast was until 9:30am, got there at 9:05 and they shut it down saying they closed at 9am.House cleaning woke us up at 8:45 saying it was 11am and it was time for us to leave. When I showed her my phone saying it was 9am by that time, she just said ok.The place looks nice from the lobby. But the hallways and rooms were dirty. Beds ancient and not very comfortable. Roughly made up and not nice. Our air conditioner did not work. Wouldn’t cool. Charged us $20 extra for parking because they literally only have 10 spots without a fee. Yet they do not even monitor this lot and there are signs about it. They did not even provide soap in the bathroom. Only lotion. This was an expensive stay that was NOT worth it.

I love staying here! I moved away from Montgomery AL about 5 years ago, and currently live several hours away. I still have family and close friends in Montgomery, so I try to make that trip back home monthly, or every other month. Alot of times it's very late in the evening, wee hours of the morning when I am able to arrive and they are ALWAYS very accommodating. There have been times that I feel like I've been given VIP treatment, like not being charged a $20 parking fee, or being put into a bigger room that's in the corner with such an amazing view. The rooms are always clean, and very peaceful, which helps me to sleep so well. The breakfast is great! The hash browns are the best and the breakfast area is really really nice.My kids love to be in the glass elevator and throw pennies into the wishing fountain. Plus, you can't beat the price ($109-$127 the dates we stayed) for the hotels location, the super quiet guest rooms, views, and breakfast. Needless to say, my little family & I are quite comfortable when we stay here. We love it!

This a nice hotel, but it does not meet the expectation of a premium hotel (at a premium price).Positives:1. Staff is great (Marco on the omelette bar is the gem of the hotel; the lady bartender for the complimentary happy hour has also been great each of my stays).2. Excellent location (likely the best in Montgomery)3. Extensive complimentary breakfast buffet with omelette bar (but no grits!; its the south; you gotta have grits. Yes? LOL)Negatives:1. For the premium price of these rooms, one should not have to pay $20 a day to self-park. Furthermore, you may not even be able to find a parking space (so it turns into a $20 donation to the hotel).2.The rooms are a bit dated and have a corresponding staleness in fixtures (rusted; glued back together, etc) and smell. If this were a budget hotel, this would be expected, but not when paying premium prices for what is considered a high end hotel.3. A/C units are loud and not very efficient in cooling the rooms (constantly on and off). Again, a budget hotel this might be expected, but not at a high end hotel.

Rooms are renovated and good. Not enough water pressure in shower on higher floors. For multiple night stay room service is not automatic. You have to request room service, this was not conveyed at the time of check in. Great location in Downtown. good chioces of places to eat. Complimentory drinks in the evening was great with finger food.

Overall not a terrible stay, but I've stayed in other E.S. that were much better maintained. After check-in, I toured my room like I always do, checking for anything that shouldn't be there. Nothing extraordinary popped up. Up. So I settled in for the night. Overnight. It rained really hard, not a bad thing. The rain sounds were pleasant. Unfortunately a few hours into the rain, I started to hear splashing; water was dripping in through the window frame and onto the window sill. I had to use bath towels to mop up the mess. My real problem with this hotel was that a guest vomited in one of the elevators and the elevator was left in service. One of the front desk employees had wiped out but not sanitized or cleaned the elevator and most importantly, had not taken the elevator out of service . I unwittingly got into an elevator, walked through and then rolled my suitcase through a sticky residue puddle of someone else's vomit. When I asked the front desk clerk about it, she said oh "I ran out of soap." The hotel did not respond to my reports of either issue.

Our stay at this hotel has been excellent! The rooms are very roomy, quiet, and overall very nice rooms. We are very pleased with the service and the breakfast was excellent. This is one of the nicest hotels my family and I have stayed at. We cannot complain about anything thus far. We will definitely book at this hotel again in the future and highly recommend the Embassy Suites to any traveling either for business or pleasure.Rooms: Clean, roomy, and quiet.Food & drinks: Excellent breakfast.

I have stayed here multiple times in the last few months for work trips. The rooms are always clean and the staff has always been very nice and helpful. My favorite part is Salem, the stray cat that hangs around outside the entrance. He is super sweet and lovable and such a great welcome every time I walk through the door. I always try to bring him treats and spend some time giving him attention. The staff adore him and I always encounter guests who comment on how cute and sweet he is. So if you stay here and you're a pet lover like me, be sure to pack a few treats for Salem. =)
