If you want a quiet, relaxing stay or need to do any kind of work or even plan to watch TV, do NOT stay at this hotel while it is under renovation. If you don't already have a headache, you will after being in your room for about 30 min. The drilling is LOUD. 100% do not recommend. Maybe it will be better when reno is complete.

Expedia canceled our room for no good reason at all. So our group of 9 showed up with no reservation and all suites were booked. Thanks to the wonderful staff, especially Barbara and Nikki they did everything possible to accommodate our needs. Thank you

Okay to first off, I was hoping I wouldn't have to write this review but here we are about a month later. So the weekend of Fourth Of July my family was having a Reunion. My wife, and I stayed at this hotel from July 5th to July 7th. The price could of been better, but it was Fourth Of July Weekend, now having said that we were hopeful for a great weekend, because it was our First time staying at a Drury Inn, and we have always wanted to stay at one didn't care where just wanted to stay. So when I saw one in the prefect area for our Reunion activities I jumped on the opportunity for my wife, and I. When we got there we got a handicap parking spot right off the bat which is great because I AM A DISABLED MILITARY VETERAN. However I didn't see many spots that were handicap so they should think about converting some of the others to handicap, and ensuring people have the handicap plaques displayed in the window, and take a list of the guests that have one so they can ensure parking for them maybe make them especially reserved and enforce that. So when we got inside there were no carts to take our stuff upstairs that was disappointing they need to ensure they have more of those for a hotel that size with all the rooms, and ensure staff check the floors to bring carts back down as many people just use them and leave them on the floors and don't bring them back down or stash them in their rooms so they have one when they check out since they didn't seem to have enough. The line was crowded, and it took them along time to bring others to the registers to check people in and out, and there were alot of people it was really crazy, and loud, and hectic that's why I couldn't understand why all the registers were not full up at the busiest peak times for check in and check out. The woman we checked in with was very friendly, and there was a manager there a black woman that was nice we had interactions. The room was very clean, but I was confused because online I swore I chose a bigger room that would have a separate bedroom but I guess not so the room was very small for a king room which surprised me, and for the rate per night definitely not worth that. The first night we were gonna call downstairs for the free food not understanding what the free food and drinks were yet because at check in they spoke very quickly, and we told them it was our first time staying at a Drury Inn ever so that should of told them to slow down with us to make sure we truly understood, but anywho I picked up the in room phone no dial tone everything was plugged in so I hit speaker and I heard a dial tone. No one picked up it just rang and rang so we decided to go down we were hoping to avoid lines by calling ahead but again didn't understand the set up. The first night the toilet ran and ran so I called spoke to manager again same issue with the phone and she said maintenance had left they leave by 4pm first why so early, and second why isn't there an emergency maintenance or a night time one of staff. She apologized and said she would refund me money for the inconvenience and I was okay with that she did however say we couldn't be in our room while they were there now why is that that's strange to me never heard of a hotel saying that before and I wasn't leaving strangers in my room with our things I don't think so. We went back and forth and she said we could be there, hell we were going to anyways regardless. Something come up missing how can I prove it if I wasn't there or didn't have something on video recording. Anywho there is more to that ordeal I ended up calling to have them check it once we checked out since we were at one of the family events on my wives birthday by the way Saturday and didn't want to leave hanging out with my family to run back to the hotel for this running toilet she said that would be fine so after all day in the hot sun ready for a shower to get ready for the banquet we get to the room, and the key isn't working now there is more to the st

The staff at the Drury are very professional, sweet, helpful, and kind. We stayed there for 2.5 weeks with our pets, and they were always so excited to see us come down to walk our dog, just so they could love on him. They would call him by name and ask if he was having a good day, and we had an absolutely wonderful stay there. I highly recommend to anyone visiting the area! They also have free breakfast and dinner for guests every day, a pool and gym, and they make popcorn every afternoon in the lobby.

**Perfect pit stop for the night!**
We will always choose Drury Inn if it is available. During our stay, they served chicken alfredo during happy hour, which was a delightful treat. The pool was very nice and not crowded. Breakfast had a lot of options to choose from. Our room was spacious, and quiet, and had very comfortable beds. We love Drury Inn!
