I was in another state when my rear driver seat tire began to unravel. Thankfully, by God's grace, I made it several miles to a Goodyear in SC.
I called Don Duncan in Montgomery, explained the situation, and immediately the manager communicated with the owner at Goodyear in SC about assisting me with paying for the tire.
We didn't complete the transaction at that location due to the amount of time it would take to secure the tire.
I drove to another tire shop nearby, but the Don Duncan personnel kept answering every time I called until I could complete the purchase and make it home. I did!
When I made it back to my hometown, there was a set of tires waiting for me.
Thanks, Don Duncan, for being the "big brother" that kept the light on until "little sister" made it home!

Was 3 hours away from destination when my car started overheating I searched the closest repair shop & ended up at All American. I received the best reliable service EVER. Great service! In from out of town, had low tire and went by right at closing time. Desk staff came out and checked all 4 tires, put air in low tire. Returned next am for tire repair. Very happy with customer service! Thank you!

Professional and helpful staff. Came in to get a wheel hub fixed. They saw I was missing a lug nut too on one of my wheels and only charged me cost of the part to fix it. In an environment of rip offs and up sells, Don Duncan is a trusted source for auto repairs.
