I wouldn’t advise anyone to bring their car here. Was recommended here by my job and my experience was completely opposite of what they spoke of. I’ve heard the owner to be a great man but the people he have working for him make the company look the complete opposite ( they 2 guys Zach & Preston ) very nice nasty for no reason. Had 4 new tires, alignment and oil change service done in MAY.. I asked for roadside hazard . This experience in May was disappointing as well being I was told my car was ready as im being dropped off I was told it was not ready and it would be the next day when I would get it after Bringing it at 9 am because they had a car docked waiting for a part and they couldn’t take it off until it arrived. Huge inconvenience because I was on the way to work. Due to their inconvenience they compensated my alignment ( I was told) So fast forward Here we are in AUGUST and the threading on my tire is showing .. I take it back and was told hazardous was not placed on the order so all they can do is contact Michelin & that the order shows that an alignment wasnt done because it wasnt paid for ?. ? then I was told due to my bumper hanging off they ( Michelin) may fight it and that they have to inspect my car to see if they will compensate or if I will have to buy 2 MORE NEW tires after I just bought 4.. 4 months ago. As a single mom that’s a lot of money being kicked out not to mention my tire had to be replaced because it was flat when I came in. I asked to speak with Mr. Duncan and was told they aren’t allowed to do that. So here I am after buying 4 new tires no info on why this has happened and stuck having to replace myself bc I left not wanting to be inconvenience or disappointed anymore. What started off as highly recommended has ended as a nightmare for me. I hate to leave a review so disappointing but I wouldn’t wish this on anyone smh. I hope they get better honestly but I will never be back. & wish this company nothing but the best.

This is an honest and sincere auto & tire shop. They were very professional, the waiting area is clean and comfortable. They are customer service oriented. I will be back-for sure!

Stopped in after driving all night from Houston TX with a screw in my tire. Strolled up right at 5 and these guys never hesitated. Jumped right on it and made sure I was good to go! Great attitudes and great work.

Carelessly installed a patch on my car tire while excessively over-tightening the lug nuts with an air impact. Zero prep-work was involved while installing my patch, leaked in my driveway & woke up to a flat tire, got the tire patches by my preferred mechanic down the street but two of the lug nuts were stripped / cross threaded & One of the wheel stud snapped / BROKE while hand tightening the lug nuts & tire back on my car today. Done more damage to my car taking it there than nothing at all.

I purchased tires from them for my Ford F-150. A few years after purchasing the tires, I had a nail get in one of the tires and it was completely flat. They fixed it for free. They were friendly when I dropped it off and when I came to pick it up the guy at the front desk was on the phone. I appreciated that he acknowledged me and put the person on hold and took care of me. They went the extra mile and did little things like putting my spare tire back in place. I had left the jack that comes with the truck out and they took the time to put it back in the correct place behind the rear seat. I have also had my oil changed there and they vacuumed my vehicle out.

They were to busy to get to me when came on Saturday morning. They said "we'll get in the computer and get to you first thing Monday". I show up at 6:50 am Monday, almost six hours later and it's still nowhere near finished. Two tie rods and an alignment.... over six hours and they're not even finished the tie rods. Not to mention the prices are higher than average. Friendly and all but who cares when they waste your time. Absolutely pathetic.

Wanted to charge a full four wheel alignment price of $115.00 to only adjust the camber. If I hadn't asked a couple questions I would of left with 1/4 of an alignment or in the middle of it been charged extra to have the other 3 parts completed that normally are included.

I live in Atlanta, but visiting my dad in Montgomery. My tire picked up a bolt and losing pressure fast. I had to leave town quickly, so my dad took me to his go-to, Don Duncan’s Auto. To my surprise, I received the red carpet treatment! Everyone had a smile and an enthusiastic greeting, 4 different employees shook my hand, and Mr. Duncan was very attentive to my “small” problem. Last but not least, they patched up my tire at NO CHARGE and got me out of town on time! In my experience, a lot of other shops would have taken advantage of that situation to upsell me, but they didn’t. I truly appreciate their integrity and hope to avail myself of their maintenance services next time I am visiting.

First, I want to say the service itself was very good. People were very friendly. They were highly recommended and I gave them the benefit of a doubt and “trusted” their “reasonable prices”. I KNEW BETTER but…I trusted anyway. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND that you compare their part prices to others BEFORE agreeing to the work. My parts were marked up $40-$200, a total of $480 higher than what they actually cost. A $30 belt was marked up to $70… really. I’m realistic and I understand some markup is inevitable but not $480 worth. Everyone on a budget understands what bills could be paid with $480. When I called back to ask why the mark up was so large, the rep said- “ it’s out of our control. The computer tells us what the cost is.” He knew it was high but said there was nothing he could do. “ A computer gives us the cost”. A computer takes the blame. No accountability. I wanted to support this small business but not like this. IF YOU ARE UNFAMILIAR with car part prices, do your homework before going to Don Duncan’s. The markup seriously reduced my score from 5 to 2 stars. ?. I will not be back.
