Store manager, middle age not friendly at all very stand offish The sad thing is he was so nice 4 years ago when he first got the position. People change. It was some soap on the floor looked like oil I asked for the wet floor sign, he was looking weird and mad . But maybe I should have fell and bust my head and then your look would have been even worse when I sue yall. I was just trying to be a good person. But look what it got me bad customer service.

So I had to put some money on my card for emergency reason I'm new down here from Brooklyn New York my cash app did something funny and I started to panic so I said oh God I got a call Dollar General and and get someone to give me some help I didn't even know what to do I'm not familiar with cash app like that. Anyway then take long at least three rings and this lady her name is Yanni, she was so kind her tone her demeanor was calming, and made me feel a little easy. Long story short, she gave some great advice I listened and I took it and I saw everything went through now that's customer service I appreciate her big time! Oh yeah by the way shout out to Devonte he was very patient as I was having technical difficulties at the register it's a good little team I appreciate them I will definitely be back

It was very unorganized. Definitely needs help with stocking shelves and keeping store orderly. I found what I needed because a step ladder was in the aisle.

12.29.22 @ 3:30pm, to the kid who politely said "excuse me sir" to grab a Roblox gift card. I was in a daze and forgot to say "Yes sir" back when I stepped out the way. To the dad, if you see this, you are clearly doing a good job. Kid just sounded smart.I am going to make my kids start saying Yes Mam and Yes sir!That's all, back to Atlanta.

Store manager has nasty attitude and is very unfriendly when needing help. Does not greet customers upon entering the store or exiting. This type of service is unacceptable especially from a store manager.
