Not all, but a whole lot of the employees there are either actively rude or just indifferent to customers. They can't be bothered to hand you your bags of purchases, and in some case don't even bother to make sure you've gotten everything you bought. Apparently, that particular bit of customer service is your responsibility so you better spin that turn wheel to make sure you've got all your bags. They also have the dirtiest floor I've ever seen. Geez, have your floor cleaned every once in a while; they make the whole store look dingy. And those shopping baskets (not the carts, but they could benefit as well)? Clean them once a month, and get that nasty mess out them. I'm afraid I'll end up with a disease from using them. So in summation, teach your employees real customer service skills - a greeting, a smile, a thank you when giving the customers their receipt and/or change, handing the customers their purchases instead of making them hunt for them, clean the floors, hand baskets, and buggies. And clean up that parking lot. This part is not their fault, I realize that. Unfortunately, it reflects on the customers, most of whom seem to have been raised in a barn. Trash, litter, chicken bones! The customers could show a little class and not treat the parking lot like it's a dump.
