Horrible customer service by the manager! I won’t be back!! The cashier rung up a candle that was green dot (during a Labor Day Sale), it rang full price instead of half. $5 coupon also did not come off total. When returning the full price item the system (that they realize was messing up) only refunded half price. When it was brought to the manager’s attention he told me they were having a bad day (we all have bad days sir, it doesn’t mean companies get to steal money from consumers) and that I could wait for over an hour (since I’m already inconvenienced) or just buy it for what it rang up, they weren’t refunding my money. Even when seeing on the receipt that it charged full price. I won’t be back to that location and I’m sure with that manager you’ll lose more customers. Do better Dollar General!!!

Store closes at 10pm. Sometimes it’s open after 9pm, sometimes it’s not. I was just there at 9:06, cars were in the parking lot, lights were on, door was locked. Seems like a night manager who likes getting off early.

Horrible customer service Manager has no manners I tried working at her store terrible communication I had to call from another phone to get her to answer and when she answered she yelled at me saying i came in her store with a group of people stealing and hung up in my face which never happened because the only time i been in her store was to interview and i was with one gentleman and her employee watched me go directly to her office and she followed me out of her office so i would not have time to steal anything at all and i asked her for video proof because i know for a fact i never stole out of her store like i said i had only been in there once to interview and it definitely was not with a group of people . If you do not want me to work there please take me out of your system because you are robbing me of my rights to work at a different store.
