DO NOT BUY FROM THEM ! I went the first day to test drive a car the whole front of the car was shaking. He been texting me all day letting me know he fixed the problem. I go back and test drive the car with my family and the sales representative the car started smoking. We rushed back to the dealership the car caught on fire and we had just hopped out the car. The fire was so big it melted five cars around it.WHEN THE OWNER GARY MURRELL HAD ARRIVED HE WAS WORRIED HOW MUCH MONEY HE LOST INSTEAD OF CHECKING IF WE MADE IT OKAY !!!!

My family and I had a great experience while doing business with Ms. Bowman at Dependable Auto Sales. We'd been searching throughout the tri-county area and the cities surrounding Birmingham for a used vehicle that was fairly priced for our son with no luck until we went to see Ms. Bowman. We told her what our budget was and what we were looking for and she went out of her way to show us some reliable and reasonably priced vehicles on her lot. She really worked with us and was fair on the price and financing options. Additionally, Ms. Bowman is honest, accommodating, friendly but also a professional. I would recommend Dependable Auto Sales to anyone looking for a reasonably priced used vehicle. Ms. Bowman is truly a gem to work with!!

DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM HERE‼️ They only sell lemons! They sold my sister a car and it wouldn’t start the next day. Fix that, now the engine has gone out within two weeks of having it. She was told she had a warranty on the engine but now they’re making excuses and won’t fix it! Don’t waste your time going here! I would have rated zero stars if possible.

THEY SELL LEMONS, do not purchase from here. Cars are very cheap, very upsetting to see how they sold my sister a terrible car and telling her she needs to pay for an engine when she had only driven the car for about two weeks.SMH. Need to be sued & SHUTDOWN.

Do not recommend buying from here car seems fine the first week then continously goes down hill and then expects you to pay for repairs they don't honor their 90 day warranty and ignores any concerns you have once they've sold you the car.

these people tried to scam me. I test drove a car, I was kinda liking it. when I asked for the Carfax they said they didn't have any but when they bought it from the bank they said the car had no accidents or damage. I found this to be sketchy, so I called my buddy who works closely with Carfax. Gave him the VIN number, the car came back with damage and accidents reported. They continued to make many many many excuses on trying to cover up their lies. I know you will be reading this and if you are here's a tip for you. " honesty goes a long way." The fact that you lied and tried to scam me is what drove me away from the car. Definitely a good deal for it. I just wont buy from a liar.
