"I recently shopped at Winn-Dixie and had a fantastic experience that I just have to share. This store really stands out for its commitment to freshness, especially in the produce and bakery departments. The fruits and vegetables were vibrant and fresh, rivaling even specialty stores in quality.
The bakery section was a delightful surprise, offering a variety of bread, pastries, and custom cakes that seemed freshly baked right there. I was particularly impressed by their specialty health food section, which had a great selection of organic and gluten-free options.
Customer service was another area where Winn-Dixie shined. The staff were friendly and went above and beyond to assist me, even helping me locate some hard-to-find ingredients for a recipe. The store was clean and well-organized, making my shopping trip quick and efficient.
Pricing at Winn-Dixie is very reasonable, with plenty of weekly deals that really save you money. They also offer a loyalty program that provides additional discounts and promotions, which I highly recommend joining.

“Online order/Same day pick up the first-time and it was a seamless process. I allowed the Belk app to track my location; which I think helped make it a great experience. I let them know via the app when I was en route and had arrived. There was a Belk employee along with signage on where to pick up. The customer service was great!”

“Excellent, good prices and everything in one place. What I don't like is that the cashiers are sometimes rude when they see that I carry a large amount of products. It seems like they don't want to work and they see me badly, I have a big family of 5 and I shop only once a week, that's why when I go I buy a lot of things that my family needs. Sometimes the cashiers tell me "HURRY UP PUT ALL THE PRODUCTS TO CHECK THEM QUICKLY, BECAUSE THERE ARE MORE CUSTOMERS" And it doesn't make sense because they can check one product at a time. and it has not been the first time that they have treated me badly and made me feel very bad. God bless you and help you take care of your work and treat others as they would like to be treated.”
“I did an order while taking a pit stop at 3:20 pm. It normally takes two hours for your order per the app. Could be more if it's during the very busy time. Before I even arrived I received an email that my order was ready at 4:43 pm. That was LESS than the two hours, boy was I happy. I let the app know I was on my way when I was like 10 minutes away. Nothing was out of stock. Which was a great thing. I parked and entered my parking space number. And I received my order within 5 minutes. I received the correct order. And just like that I was out of there. TARGET PICK UP ROCKS!!”
“I would say my experience was pretty great every time I visited. It has more options than other Walmarts I've been too. If you have a chance, grab a pizza from Domino's. I would say the lines are long, but at least they keep cashiers on the registers if you don't want to use self-checkouts.”
