The pharmacy is very unprofessional disrespectful and very slow the only lady that’s on her stuff is the lil white short lady on mean no harm but the rest of the staff is horrible

CVS on Narrow Lane Road has the most disrespectful employees that I have ever seen. I'm talking strictly about the pharmacy where all of these individuals who has went and got a certificate for a pharmacy tech and there behavior is appalling. The funny thing is the individuals I converse were all black. You stand at the counter ten to fifteen minutes before they even acknowledge you. When they do come you kinda wish they hadn't. I had an ongoing thing with these three black ladies for four days and still as of now do not have my eye drops. I called my doctor's office and had them use the Forest Avenue store. I spoke with a lady there and the conversation was totally different. She assured me my drops would be In TODAY. I can understand one day of frustration but four days is ridiculous. CVS you are probably losing customers because if behavior like this. It is there responsibility to take care of your customers no matter what they have to do whom they have to call to get it right not to have people running back and forth to pick up meds. My thing with my prescription is they wanted to charge me a $175.00 for drops I've only being paying $38.00 for. Just to clear the record I could have paid the $175.00 but why should I when I have insurance. Three insurance as a matter of fact but they didn't want to do what it take to straighten this out. I don't have any intention of stepping foot back in this particular pharmacy no time soon. Apparently, they get the training to be a Pharmacy Tech so give them training to be a respectable human being.

I hate this store so much. They never answer their phones??♀️ I have been calling since SEPTEMBER to refill a prescription but it seems like they’re too dumb to answer the phones..

NARROW LANE RD PHARMACY!!! When I say this location is very unprofessional, rude and racist. Was waiting In drive through line for 30 min before they closed. When I finally get to window,black women with little Afro closed window In my face. I go In to explain to them I have been waiting, the white lady I guess she the supervisor was extremely rude. I understand you all close at a certain time but your suppose to tend to every customer especially if your the reason we was waiting. Will be getting my lawyer involved!! Plz don’t go here switch your prescriptions somewhere else.

Spoke to a pharmacist at Narrow Lane Rd location on the phone, she was too busy to be bothered with me and gave me the run around for nothing.

The young man that rung up my items was really professional and friendly very helpful. He offered to see if I was getting my merchandise at the best prices. 12 June 2023 at 12 noon time.

I was very displeased to see only automated checkout available. I bought two candy bars that were on sale. The automated check out did not give me the sale price. I feel if the store is going to only offer automated check out it needs to make damn sure that all sale prices are entered into the kiosk.
