I've been hung up on TWICE! BY TWO DIFFERENT PEOPLE! I needed a prescription refilled. If nobody wanted to do their job then they could have just said that instead of wasting everyone's time!

This is the worst pharmacy I’ve ever dealt with! I went in to get a prescription filled and a female staff had the worst attitude! Made me wait for hours for a prescription she had in her hands! Also I waited on hold for 35 minutes and no one never answered the phone. I had to drive to the store to speak with the pharmacist to ask a question! So ridiculous!

This cvs is awful it’s been a year sense I moved close to this location and so of course I use it sense it’s close. But they are awful staff is rude and unprofessional now I will say there is one man an older white male he is super nice and sweet but I rarely ever see him. They don’t like to open up drive thru after lunch I’ve personally waited 30 plus minutes to even get someone to the window my issue is that some ppl are elderly and can’t get around to walk in, or people like me with 3 kids who are sick with covid or the flu I shouldn’t have to expose others to that while trying tk get their meds one time I even asked for a covid test and the lady tried to force me to go inside even though it’s listed on drive thru items I can purchase I DID HAVE COVID BY THE WAY. Idk I absolutely hate this location and everything about it definitely will be filing a complaint

I had a bad experience at that location due to wrong pricing on their side and the store manager by the name of John was very rude. He needs to be retrained on how to properly run a store. He lacks customer service skills and doesn't know how to talk to customers. I would not recommend going to that location!

They are very unprofessional and rude very ghetto leave you on hold on 20 mins at a time I got some Cnate prenatal vitamins from there it has black residue in the bottle I went to turn them in they tell me nothing is wrong with them mind you I didn't have them in the sun at all i receive a total of three bottles in everyone had black residue in it so I had my doctor to change my medicine to something else they still gave me the run around never ask me if I had another insurance or anything just told me to call my doc so they can get a authorization so I did then I called to see if they was ready and they tell me they had to order them they will be in next day so I call to see if they was ready and i was on hold for 25 mins and then was told no they haven't came in yet so the right thing to do is call another pharmacy but no they didn't do nothing until I said something about it mind you I use to work for CVS for 2 yrs in Pensacola fl so I know the procedure when it comes to ordering medicine if they would've follow the right steps it would've be no problem but more to the story I will never use CVS again they hiring anybody

Best location in town! Everyone's always polite and helpful. Pharmacy staff calls me by name when I come by and they always update me if there are issues with my meds. Hate that Blue Cross Blue Shield is making me change pharmacies.

I have been coming to the CVS for years, and it isn't one of my favorites, but the staff has always been friendly. I think the disorganization comes from the patrons of the CVS. Since I have a CVS card, I like the coupons that comes with the receipts. I'm sure most CVS's has these coupons attached to the receipts, so there isn't anything special here. Will I come here again? Yes, if I am in the area. There are other CVS's in the area that are much better. The plus for this is one is that it is right off of I-65.

Somewhat disorganized, and a bit unclean, I most definitely was not too pleased w/the appearance of this CVS. The staff was was ok. They were helpful, but at the same time not too outgoing.
