*Pharmacy* I wish that I could give zero stars, just like the pharmacist careless and rude attitude that she displayed when I came in to get a prescription filled. Will not conduct business with CVS Pharmacy period.

Picked up an RX and the pharmacist made sure I understood the dosage and if I had taken it before because of side effects. I had taken it before, but I appreciated the effort to ensure my understanding. Things like this show you care. Thanks, CVS!

This is my favorite CVS. The front staff are very friendly, the store is always clean, and the pharmacy team is great! The pharmacist, Daniel, is very polite and helpful!

The store clerk on Montgomery Bell Road is waaay too friendly, not in a pleasing way. Patted me on the back and told me I was looking lazer sharp and asked me if I worked out. I felt very uncomfortable, he does not know me like that. The pat on the back was very unprofessional and unnecessary.

Horrible customer service! After returning to this CVS for a third time to retrieve my filled prescription, I was poorly greeted by a Caucasian female. My 2-year-old autistic son was crying, and she clearly showed her dissatisfaction. Her attitude was terrible! In the middle of our conversation pertaining to prescription needs, she closed the window and never returned. Another female pharmacy technician completed my transaction. I have never felt so disrespected. I have used this pharmacy for years and never had an experience like this until now. Very disappointing!

On 9/5/20 Pharmacy closed early. When I reported it to pharmacy inside the store through the lowered barrier Pharmacy tech Lexi said they had already pulled the cash drawer. I let them know they closed early. They had a non caring indifferent attitude even when I let them know I would be contacting the home office. Pharmacy manager Danielle Deirmayer was standing next to Lexi but only spoke to give her name when I asked for it to report them. It is employees like them that are the reason I will not be using CVS

The worst customer service ever!!!!! No one acknowledged my presence and after I asked for assistance, I felt like I was bothering them... crazy part, I was the only customer in the store.
