Beware, the cushions can be 1/2” too large or too short. Cushion Source is not able to make cushions to the exact dimensions provided. This becomes a problem when several cushions are placed next to each other. Instead of apologizing and offering solutions (one smaller seat and back cushion would have fixed this), Customer Care had me scroll to the bottom of the website, click the site map link, and then asked me to read the fine print listed in their terms and conditions out loud over the phone. This was the worst customer service experience I’ve ever encountered. I even sent a link to the original furniture product with my order so Cushion Source could better understand the cushions being replaced, and how they should fit. Overall the quality is very nice, but what ended up being 1.5” of extra cushion bunches up and is really ugly. Lastly, one of the covers was made wrong, and it has yet to show up, over a month late.

Good experience, good quality on the products. What you see and what you pay online is what you get. The products come from abroad, maybe I had expected to be manufactured onshore, but that was just my expectation, nobody said they were.

Really wished I hadn't wasted my time and money with this company. Not only are their products insanely expensive relative to the quality, but their shipping department is a disorganized mess and they appear to not take much pride in the quality of their work. The first time they sent our order, all of the seat cushions were of the wrong dimension, taller than we had ordered by one inch. Wouldn't fit our application. So we contacted them and they agreed to fix the problem. We had to send them the cushion covers, they would fabricate new cushions, and send it all back. Since they were going to be making new cushions, I assessed our application and concluded that the best possible fit would involve some minor adjustments to the depth and width of the cushions. I asked them about doing this, and was told there would be a $500 charge for alterations to the covers to make them fit the smaller cushions. Sure, whatever. Then when they finally send the new cushions (which, by the way, arrived with cushions from someone else's order, somehow), we end up with a bunch of loose, baggy covers they don't look like they were altered AT ALL to accommodate the smaller cushions. I email their customer service, and they offer to have us send the spacers back again for alterations. At this point, we are tired of not having cushions on our basement sofa, and we're tired of dealing with this shoddy company. So I ask for a refund of the money we spent to have the cushions "altered". The rep we exchanged emails with made us an absolute insult of an offer, $150 of our $500. I was able to contact a different customer service rep who had been helping us with the prior problems with the order, and she was willing to refund us an amount that nearly covers the full $500, so we took our losses and moved on from this terrible place. A few weeks later, some cushions arrived from another order that their shipping department messed up. The first time this had happened, we cooperated and printed the shipping label they emailed us so UPS could make a pickup and get them to the right customer. This time? Nope. Screw you, the cushions went in the trash, and you lost money because you have poor customer service, poor quality control, and are overall an abysmal company.

I recently ordered a velvet cushion for my bedroom window seat. Unfortunately, the velvet looks very cheap! The nap is nonexistent. The sheen is tacky looking, and it isn't even a true black. There is nothing "luxury" about this cushion.

I have been a happy customer for over 10 years. Since 2011, I have spent $4,600 with cushionsource.com. On a recent order, I spent over $3,000, comfortable with the fact that the fabric I chose was written up as durable in sunlight with a 5-year warranty. All of my 12 cushions toasted in the sun after one year. After two, three were severely scorched. I began a warranty claim. It was agreed upon after very slow responses that I would remove the three covers I asked to replace and get them ready for "pick up)...assuming for replacement. After one week of no response to my follow-up inquiry, it was decided by "managers" that the discoloration was staining. I was sent cleaning tips and no other communication. Sun scorch does not clean. The worst of it is on leading edges, not low points which would point to staining. The product to stay away from if you live in sunshine is Outdura Longitude Mica. It is safe to add, question every claim on a fabric's durability and do not believe the warranty will be honored by this company. Best to steer away from people who treat you like this in any company, begin by avoiding Cushionsource.com.

Had an excellent experience the first time I ordered from them. Second time around (about a year later) has been a terrible experience. They double charged me for an expedited delivery and the cushion arrived too large and not to my dimensions, their customer service response was that welting can up to .5” - however I had previously ordered a window seat from them with welting and that was not the case - additionally it was still over the dimension with the welting not included. Overall terrible customer service.

Not the treatment one hopes or expects. I'd inherited window seat cushions made by this company from the previous homeowner and was pleased with the quality, though not my design style. I decided to order updated window seat cushions, after receiving a lovely linen-blend fabric sample. However, upon receipt of the cushion covers, I noticed the fabric did not have the appearance of linen and was "fuzzy" to the touch. It looked very different from the sample I'd received. Immediately, I called this company and while on the phone with the associate, I realized the fabric had been sewn inside out and explained to her what had occurred. She requested photos, which I sent. She then called back to inform me they would do nothing because the fabric was sewn on the correct side. I then spoke with a supervisor who requested I send a copy of the fabric swatch I'd received. Incredibly, she stated that it appeared the label on the fabric swatch had been tampered with (by me, I presumed), meanwhile insisting repeatedly the "fuzzy" cover was correct. Without going into further details, I am glad to report that so far, I haven't had to resort to contacting my credit card company to intervene. I returned the "fuzzy" covers and they have shipped me the covers sewn correctly (I hope), but not without some harrowing moments and unnecessary emotional distress.

Very happy! Ordered an oversized cushion for the window seat. Delivery time was a month, but it’s built to order so that’s to expect. Order arrived exactly as I had hoped for. Recommended.

Had a custom bay window cushion made and first off the website does not catch that a custom made bay window would need the zipper on the short side vs the long side. So we have a custom made $800 cushion with a zipper in the front. The foam inside the cushion is smaller than needed so the actual cushion material twists around the padding and makes it look like a slipping old couch cushion. Customer service offered to fix there mistake because of the zipper on the wrong side of the cushion for another $400.00. Make sure you shop around first and read reviews and make sure you get the correct amount of foam for your cushion so you don't have this issue.

From beginning to end, top to bottom, my experience was 5 stars! We so appreciate the quality of service, materials, and workmanship. This is a company that puts customers first, uses high quality materials, delivers beautiful products, quickly.Wow, where to begin. We placed our order and were contacted immediately to let us know the fabric we selected was on back order. Without question or additional cost, they sent several alternative fabric options so that we could make an informed decision.Upon receiving our templates, they quickly (the day they received them) went to work, reached out with clarifying questions, and began our project. We then received our order in less time than their quoted window and the cushions were well wrapped, keeping them from being damaged during shipment.Because these cushions would be for patio furniture not yet in place (delayed deck project), they sat wrapped in our garage for longer than anticipated. When we finally unwrapped them, we noticed the zipper was on the wrong end on two of the cushions.I reached out and again received an immediate response and plan for resolution via email. Then, to my surprise, I also received a phone call, with an apology for the mistake and a quoted delivery window for the replacement. It came and I now have a gorgeous set of cushions that is higher quality than the original Tommy Bahama cushions being replaced.This is not just a 5 star company. I would rate them one of the highest in comparison to any establishment I’ve worked with/experienced. Ever.Thank you, Cushion Source!
