<Come one come all and read my top reasons why crunch in Montgomery is my favorite gym>* best time of day to go is ideally around 1900 or 7:00* great leg cable machines, but be careful that usually the finger banging station for the high school aged appearing females ( reported to staff )* Long wait times for most equipment ( equipment used as bag holders and hang out spots for smaller friend groups)* large groups of non paying members with no parental supervision (reported to staff)* large groups of Latin high school males openly talking about jumping adult members and getting away with it due to them being minors* staff are great and friendly, after 1900 they don't leave the front desk* large groups of high school aged Latin males openly bumping into paying members while lifting.* large group of high school males blantly slap boxing and horse playing infront of people lifting weights over 200lb. Creating the safest of gym environments.* I only keep going in hopes of them bumping into me again so I can talk to someone who actually cares about gym safety with my lawyer.

I love working out at crunch fitness Montgomery! The classes are great, the staff is amazing, and the atmosphere is awesome. Shout out to my trainer Mary, manager Tae, class instructors Greg and Shirley, and front desk representative Courtney, Jacques and Billy! All of the staff members are friendly and helpful! Joining crunch has been a great experience for me and my fitness journey.

Have everything you need. 4 squat racks with deadlift platforms and rubber plates, 2 benches, dumbbells, leg press, smith machines and a ton of cardio and weight machines. There's a large area used for classes, stretching, etc. with a few heavy bags and ropes. The locker rooms are very spacious with showers and a sauna. They also have a large studio room for classes (I think they have 2 actually). A+ for cleanliness on the weight floor and in the locker rooms. There are trainers there every day who are happy to help and the staff is always really nice. Great monthly price for what they offer. Great lighting, layout is optimal... impressed with this place!

It's on excellent condition the gym and it's open 24 hours good price on membership and you can hire a personal trainer and take special classes

Its ok to a certain extent, I've learned when to go and not. I don't like the atmosphere to be honest, don't have that family oriented feel.I go to 2A also once I leave there I head to crunch to tan and hydro massage ?♀️. I like the fact its a 24 hour gym

They advertise a $10/month membership. You end up paying 50 something to sign up, 40 something every year as an annual fee, and then 100 something if you try to cancel your membership within a year. Also, the gym is very often over crowded.

If you are looking for a gym that is clean, safe (emotionally and physically) that offers flexible hours, personal trainers, encouraging instructors that keep you involved, diverse payment plans and values YOU as a member…. Crunch Fitness Montgomery is JUST that place!! Tae Watson is truly a great manager there and exemplifies all the great qualities of a Phenomenal Leader! She is an active listener, great and timely communicator, believes in covering in her employees absences (no task to beneath her), will discuss all options available to you…. You feel like you have a health and exercise program structured just for YOU. With her, you see what you get….a Champion for the little people!!!

Its a clean gym with ac, daycare (per your gym membership package), classes, and other amenities that are considerably boujee for Montgomery, Alabama.Their one-time annual fee is decently priced, but I'm not personally a fan when I'm paying monthly in addition to it.If you're looking for a decently priced gym with showers and a few extra things, not a bad place to go.
