Horrible customer service. Had 3 refrigerators arrived all beat up. The delivery guys damaged my screen door as well. I called to let Conn's customer service to let them know that their delivery guys damaged our home. We heard them drop the refrigerator, damage the screen door and the second attempted fridge. They said they would call us back to take care of it. Never heard from them again. Do yourself a favor and do not deal with these people. The salesman in the store admitted their delivery guys are terrible. Avoid Conn's at all costs.

I went in to purchase a living room suit and they was supposed to deliver it that Saturday. So I was waiting no one showed up. I called the warehouse they said you are scheduled for next Friday cause they only deliver to my city once a week and that on Fridays. Okay so that next Friday roll around I called warehouse to see if they still delivering today. No you not on the schedule because one of the piece not in stock we email the store to let them know. No one had call and told me anything. So I had to go back in store and pick out another suit. And it won’t be delivered to Friday. I feel like the store should have made an exception on bringing it out the next day or two because they didn’t do the job of notifying me and giving me the right information. If they cared about the customers they would have made it right. I didn’t get a discount and they didn’t make any exception of bring it earlier. Bad management.

Previously I had gone into the store to look for a refrigerator, partly because I had received a "you have been pre-qualified" offer. I was TOTALLY IGNORED, even when I walked by the service desk where 2 employees were standing and talking with each other! No one attempted to help me, no one even acknowledged my presence! I was very insulted, thinking i didn't look rich enough for them to be bothered, or because I am white or I am a senior citizen. I was angry, really.But Jesus gives second (and more) chances so as a follower of Him I needed to do the same, so I went back on Nov 1, and I'm glad I did! Tracie Sanders redeemed Conn's horrific past by first acknowledging me during a lull in helping another customer, then giving me not just excellent customer service but the BEST shopping experience anyone could ever wish for! Tracie listened to my concerns, apologized for Conn's previous misconduct towards me, offered suggestions, gave me time to think about her suggestions while she assisted other customers (with my total agreement and admiration of her multi-tasking skills), verified answer details to some of my questions, all while making me feel absolutely NO PRESSURE to purchase anything and making me feel like I had made a great new FRIEND at the same time! Tracie is amazing! I wound up purchasing a refrigerator well within my preferred price range and she didn't try to pressure me into a higher priced model. And when I found it on Conn's website at $100 less if ordered online, Tracie even said she would understand if I wanted to order it that way to save money since I'm on a fixed income. But since she wouldn't earn commission on it, I purchased it thru her at the store. After all she had done for me and how she had treated me, I wasn't going to cheat her out of her income! In my opinion she had more than earned her (relative) measly commission, although I have no idea how much it was.I shall recommend Tracie Sanders and Conn's to everyone, and she is who I shall ask for everytime I plan to purchase anything!Thank you Tracie for being you and giving the ultimate shopping experience and customer service to everyone!

The sales people are great! The manager there is trash, worst customer service i have ever experienced. First time i had many issues but decided to give another chance. Sure enough the second time i use them. I have even more issues. This place needs new management.

Very friendly, informative, answered questions with a great deal of knowledge about his merchandise. Made sure I understood the terms and agreements on every part of my purchase. I would highly recommend Conn's to friends and family.

Cory is very professional and will try to work with you to get the best product for your money and he has the knowledge to help with decisions that you may not be familiar with and he doesn’t push you to buy more than you need or want. If you have electronics questions he is your man.

Purchased $5000 worth of furniture. First delivery, the bedroom was the wrong color. Salesperson told me he could just about guarantee me I would get the correct furniture by the Friday ( 4 days after original delivery). That did not happen, it was instead scheduled for the next Wednesday (10 days after the original delivery). While waiting for that delivery, the recliner on the love seat broke. Then when the rest of the bedroom was delivered on the Wednesday it was still missing a piece, so another delivery day had to be setup, which the new date still hasn’t been given to me. That’s going to be three days o have to take off from work to receive a delivery that should have been done the first day. I called the store and there is no remorse or consideration given to our situation by the store. I am still being charged for delivery charges even though it wasn’t done properly. I will never use Conns again and will tell anyone who asks how poor the customer service is.

Dwayne Mumpfield is the very best sales associate in this business. They were extremely helpful and the service is exceptional. I would recommend this place for everyone that's looking for furniture/appliances. My daughter and sister also had the best shopping experience ever. Thank you Conn's manager Tavien.
