When I tell you the customer service at this business is atrocious 0/10 highly would NOT recommend. This woman has a very smart mouth towards certain customers. I know this is your business but to obtain new clientele you need to learn how to talk to people. I'm not here to bash but to tell the honest truth. You had an attitude at the door, you didn't clean my hair (you scratched it 5 times and rinsed it), your parting of my hair is horrible and its not twisted to the root and you had the nerve to charge me $75! While I was in your shop you were gossiping about some of clients to others. Baby please work on yourself!

Definitely a waste of money, energy, and time. This lady is rude and she will have you come up there just to waste your time making excuses of why now she can't do your hair. After saying she would on the phone. One of the worst hair experiences I ever had
