I really didn't mean to press any star. My experience in City Gear was terrible. Me and My Son both wanted to buy some sneakers. Walk in no greet no ask if they could assist us Employees on their personal cell phone didn't even acknowledge us in there. I don't like doing bad reviews but this store is horrible the energy is not pleasant. Employees/Management should be fired
I'm sorry but we're paying customers we wanted to spend money but unfortunately the attitudes in this particular store I will never visit again. So my son and I went to another store and spent our money with people who has professionals.

They never answer the phone when you call! Just keep letting it ring before hanging up!

I had literally been to about 7 of 8 stores looking for a size 11C for my youngest son. When I entered the store I was prepared for yet another disappointment however as the salesman returned with the box I exhaled.
