I couldn't even get gas the clerk misunderstood the pump number I stood out there for 7 minutes 7 to 10 minutes walk back to the door 12 on 12 right she said my manager is fixing to set the pump stood out there for another 5 minutes or better went back in a third time asked what the problem was if they were going to set the pump they wanted to argue said that I told the clerk wrong and I said it doesn't even matter just set the pump and I went back out and try to get gas again and they wouldn't set the pump or didn't went back in a fourth time and got a little upset p demanded my money back didn't get that went and tried to pump gas a fourth time they wouldn't set the pump just trying to get a response and to piss somebody off and they did a bunch of ignorant women being prejudice and trying to act like it was my fault

Will not allow a service animal unless you show them their paperwork. Which is not legal and not cool. I will not be wasting my money at their gas station again. Had no problems with my service animal coming in with me until today.

They have pay at the pump bit never have receipts at the pump.
And it's one thing that burns me up and that's me standing up outside pumping gas then having to turn around and walk inside the store and stand up in line for God only knows how long just to get a dog gone receipt when it should have been receipts at every single pump in the first place....I HATE THIS STORE!!!! the people that work here and LAZY. Don't want to work bit keep expecting to get paid!!!!

MY HUSBAND WAS JUST IN THERE TO BUY 2 PACKS OF CIGARETTES. THE ASSISTANT MANAGER DEALT WITH HIM AND CHARGED HIM FOR 3 PACKS INSTEAD OF 2. SHE DIDN'T GIVE HIM A RECEIPT NOR GIVE HIM THE CHANCE TO ASK FOR ONE AS WE WERE ON OUR WAY TO WORK. SHE WAS TOO BUSY WITH HER CONVERSATION ON HER CELL PHONE TO WORRY ABOUT GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE. WE WILL BE IN TOUCH WITH CORPORATE.

I recently left the store tonight I tried to get assistance and also redeem some of my rewards from the circle k app there's a lady there that was no help she's tall husky looking to describe she was just rude no help at all just wanted to get smart there was another young lady short and skinny she tried her best to help she seemed new.. my point is if you don't want to do your job don't come to work if you don't like your job find a new career choice but don't be rude to the customers please train these workers to do better... 4/21/24
If you have rewards you're wanting to redeem I would say try another store because this one would make you lose your rewards
