The atmosphere is standoffish, . Employees on the cellphone or on break. No greetings entering nor exiting. Exited the store. Driver went in twice purchased multiple bags of chips,juices. $$ are high enough.

If I could give it no stars I would the chime ATM inside the store are we going in to get out of the ATM it took 106 out of my account did not give me no money nobody knew what to do there's no number on the ATM I've still yet to hear anything I needed that money

Couldn’t even come out from the office to help me when I had trouble checking out with self service. Yelled instructions at me from office instead. Reprehensible and gross.

Do not buy from here. Got my items went to pay at their self checkout area put money in to purchase items and it said transaction cancelled and attendants wouldn't refund my money that I put in the machine all they kept saying was it doesn’t show you putting money in machine. Total was $6.60 I put $10 in machine before it cancelled transaction. Definitely not good business. Wish they would add an option for zero stars.

This place is a nightmare, cashiers are loud and obnoxious in the back arguing with each other or carrying on conversations with themselves when customers are at the counter asking for help. Then they get upset when having to do their job when customers need something.

This store is awful. Went in to get a drink at 1:15 am 12/21/24 .I grabbed the wrong cup and started putting slushy in it. I heard a voice coming from the back of the store yelling about that I was using the wrong cup. I said I would pay for it she said no and kept yelling. This employee had blonde hair and she looked like she was training someone. If you keep her at your store she will run off all the business. I will never step foot back in this station and this lady shouldn’t be in any type of customer service role.

gas advertised 2.61 on the sign and it was 2.71 at the pump ..
bathroom was nasty and no one was working the register and was nowhere to be found in the store

I walked in this store and the employee yelling in the store saying she is tired of everyone gripping about the drink machine and if don’t want to get a drink from here go somewhere else and the she proceeded to say she just works here and then customers asked if they had to use self pay and she said yes she wouldn't even look at the customer so eventually the customer said I guess y’all don’t get a lot of repeat customers and she just laugh. Circle K really needs to get it together. I know there is cameras and management can rollback the camera.

Stopped in last night after work approximately 11:10 pm.. No worker in sight.. stood at the register 3-4 minutes waiting for assistance and no one showed.. another customer came in and stood at the counter as well. The worker which was standing outside never acknowledged there were customers in the store. How hard is it for good customer service these days? Needless to say I left my items on the counter and walked out. Absolutely pitiful!!

Will not stop here again. Daughter went in to pay and the cashier with dreds was rude to her and then it didn't use all the gas so I went back in to get the remaining we paid back and he was extremely rude to me as well. I will admit I was rude back and let him know how I felt. If you don't wanna do your job then go home.

We will never ever go back to a circle K gas station again! Went to the one in wetumpka AL and they have cashiers but you have to check yourself out and it takes much longer than the cashier just simply scanning the items. We also tried to buy gas inside the store instead of at the pump and then the pump wouldn’t allow us to get the gas. We were then told by the cashier not to pump gas on the pump that had been prepaid and the money should go back on our card. The cashier then told us she didn’t know when we would get our money back! ? Ridiculous!

My husband when in this store some black lady was working 3rd shift Saturday 5/18/24 he ask for 1 pk of Marlboro Black RED & 1 pk of Marlboro Black GREEN well she gave him Marlboro MENTHOL he walked out the door TRUNED right around and when back she was rude hateful told him he you walked outside and i can't do it BYE"
