I was so excited to view the property. However, as we are driving to the property, we were held in traffic by young men chit chatting with whomever was in the car. My daughter was immediately uninterested. I told her to give it a chance. So we got out the car and they errr disrespectful. As a single mother this was a TOTAL turn off! The worker even stayed none of them were on the lease. The banging out with backpacks made me very very uneasy. Nothing gated about it anymore.

I wouldn’t recommend it. There’s always trash all over the grounds. The water bill is unreasonably high. Rent is unreasonably expensive and oh… the neighbors steal your packages. Not worth it.

I’ve been here since Dec 2022 and not once have I seen pest control come to my apartment but they charge you monthly for it. Management is lazy and maintenance men are lazy. My current issue is my A/C went out on 9/4, I called the hotline number to get it fixed, no one came or even attempted to call back. Then I finally get a call this morning around 8:30AM on 9/5 asking me was my air conditioner fixed and when I said no, she just said she’d tell her “manager”. It’s been between 88-91 degrees in my apartment. I have a 4 year old with asthma and I am 9 months pregnant. What was the point in calling the emergency line , which clearly states that “No heat , No hot water & No air conditioning is considered a maintenance emergency”. When you need something , they aren’t there , but when it’s time for them to collect their money , they come out of the woodworks. Rent is high for no reason. The pool has been down pretty much all summer. The gate hasn’t worked in since I’ve been out there. They charged me a trash violation fee for no reason and my water bill has tripled since I’ve been there and no one can tell me why. I wish I could give no starts.

Me and my wife moved here at 8 months ago they will not fix anything they overcharged us every month or rent is more money our water bill is $85 or more for a one-bedroom apartment each month because there's a leak and they won't fix it or refrigerator the sockets in the walls most of them are broke garbage disposal refrigerator broke stove broke sink broke leaks. I am telling everyone this is the worst place ever and they will lie to you. They lie and lie and then once you sign a lease that's it

If I can give them no stars I would. But since I have give a star it will go to Ms. Samantha because she was very nice and did her job politely. Now Ms. Lindsey and Ms. Kay the managers…..Should not even be in that position. Please beware they are getting over and in my opinion pocketing the application fees. You ask what are all of the qualifications on renting prior to submitting the application fee and even though you meet all qualifications they will still tell you, you don’t meet them. I attempted to report them to corporate but they don’t have a corporate number. There is no way to speak with corporate or they will not give you corporate number. Please beware and ask all questions because they will make up another rule on you.. They are scammers. Thanks God we found another apartment complex..

For the amount they charge to live here, it's...eh. Trash all over the sidewalks, neighbors vibrating your whole unit with their boom box every day. If you work third shift especially, I would not recommend moving here.

DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!!! everything in the reviews are true!!!! high rent for nothing!!!! you get nothing but shelter. It is defiantly not worth the money. After reading the reviews today, A year later and the pool still doesn't work, gate does not work, there is no tennis court, TRASH EVERYWHERE!!! The people in this community are defiantly being bamboozled. If you can pay rent here you can pay rent for a house. Residents pay pest control you pay for monthly I have never had my apartment sprayed since I have lived there. If i could leave no stars I WOULD!!!!!

i can only say wth. this is an example of no home training or anything. and the fact that people kept building up on it? i try to keep our area clean but this is ridiculous. there’s definitely better apartments than this

I've enjoyed my time here. The location is great because you can get anywhere in minutes. The staff is friendly and I enjoy the events, especially the pool events. I read some of the other reviews and it seems like more of us just need to take pride in our home and help out some. I'm going to miss this place when I move out of state.

When I first move in the next day I seen roaches everywhere. I worked from home so I had to leave my house when the exterminator came & had to miss work. Literally within a month it was bugs crawling on me & my son. Coming all out of the walls. My kitchen flooded 3 times & they would get upset if I called them in the middle of the night. It's not a quiet neighborhood I smelled weed every night. And young kids hanging out I was scared to even go out of my door sometimes. I broke my lease I was that desperate to move. You could barely find a parking spot bc visitors were allowed to park anywhere. They claim they would fix the gates but never did. I was embarrassed to have company bc trash would be all in the parking lot. They are money hungry & it's not worth it at all. Believe the reviews something I should have did. I could go on & on.

My brother and wife lived out in Central Park. He told me a lot about them but noooooo I wanted to see for myself because each situation is differentMy rent is 1400 plus not worth it at allCharge you 25 for trash and trash never gets picked upHave about 5 or 6 maintenance men which in my opinion they are not qualified for the job. The apartments eye appeal at night is beautiful thats what made me want to live there. But they just don't have the man power to keep the apartments looking professional always has paper and trash through out the lawn I been looking at this one can of cat food for one month and the can is empty. Then rent due on the first no grace period to the fifth never ever seen this in my life Lindsey is stand offish only heart felt one is Samantha I hate the fact I didn't research and check reviews before moving here, charge you five dollars to pay with a money order but don't have the system set up to take debit cards just echecksTo spend almost 1500 and not be happy is sad

It’s not worth the money you pay!! They patch everything up. Management is unreliable and unprofessional because they can not explain anything.They charge for amenities that are broken. Garage all over the place and shooting all the time. This is not a safe place to live!

Run fast !! I relocated from Atlanta in December 2022. I have been sick since them running back and forward to the Doctor now I’m on like 4 different medication due to mold in my apartment. My unit is supposed to be a remodel unit and everything is falling down. AC unit is leaking. It seems that they can’t keep making staff. The gate is not working. The assistant Lindsay is very horrible. I called her today about my unit getting a duck cleaning. I was told to go buy me a humidifier for the Apartments. I explain to her I was trying to handle all the things between us but I think I may have to consult an attorney. She told me to do what I got to do so I didn’t think I heard her right so I asked her to repeat what she said, and she told me to do what you got to do. And I just want to think that I ask some Lisa agent, Miss Sheila she has been awesome. So think twice about moving to a place where they don’t care about the resident they only care about collecting 1400 some dollars a month

RUN FOREST RUN! Mr Rochelle have all of his staff scared to death. He hollered at me several times before I became hostile. I was always told to come at 3 because the leasing person is the only one there or the leasing officer would be scared to ask management. I was told to provide my checking information and I did so. I get a call back and was told they couldn’t take it and that the form I gave them and they ok’d was not official. I was also told that my security deposit was 350. I was then told that it was 500. Miss Shelia is nice but she seem to be scared of the manager. On yesterday she stated that Mr Rochelle would chew her out about something so small. Not only did they not honor my move in date, they took back every promise they made stating that it seem as if I didn’t have the funds lol! How I don’t have the funds when received my 500 deposit money order back that I had previously given?
