Place was horrible, shower nasty, sink leaking, smelled like liquored up dog urine, but for the thrifty, only thing cheaper than the room was the cat that came with it.

My stay at Capitol Inn and Suits was outstanding. Manager Jack was friendly, the rooms were spotless, and the amenities were excellent. I highly recommend this hotel for a comfortable and enjoyable experience.

Cheap and clean, if a bit musty. I felt safe being so close to the police station and city hall. Short walk to places to eat. What you'd expect plus some extra.
