This is by far the worst place to take your vehicle in Montgomery AL, The communication line is poor from the front desk worker to the management (Kevin) my car has been with these people since February 19, 2024, and it's now May 9, 2024. I still don't have any idea when my vehicle will be fixed.

Not worth even one star. The worst body shop I’ve ever been. Very expensive with horrible management. No communication. Didn’t fix parts that they supposed and demanded me pay full amount. (Wheels and tires). If you don’t know about cars, you will be ripped off because when I asked about the parts that they didn’t fix, the manager actually blamed me for not letting them know. Sir, that’s your job not mine.

BEWARE!!! Do not take your vehicle to this location to be repaired. They have had my vehicle since October. They took in the job without having the time or staff to complete it. Instead of them saying that they couldn’t take the job, they placed my car in a field and lied weekly about fixing it. They bought parts for my vehicle and never tore it down. This place needs to be investigated. How you spend money the insurance company sent and never touched the car?!? The manager Kevin lies about every single thing. I wouldn’t trust him with anything. I tried contacting the owner Marcus. He’s just as bad as the people he employs. He won’t help you and lies just as much as the manager. There’s a female that works in the office that’s supposed to order parts and she lies just as much as the first 2 do and get an attitude when getting questioned. Every week you call they will tell you they need to order “parts” and your car will be done next week. Please AVOID this place. Don’t not bring your vehicle to this location unless you want to be without a car for over 90 days. They are not willing to make this situation better.

Took four months to get my vehicle back from them after I was given an estimate of one month. Changed ownership during the process and did not communicate well or update throughout the entire process.

I took my car to them and the first time they did a great job but that was because it was through an insurance company they did not have a contract with. I decided to bring my car back to them to repair it based on my first experience. It was horrible. Because they have a contract/agreement with Progressive insurance, their dedication to me as a consumer was null. They never communicated with me like they previously did. They promised to take my car to BMW to ensure it passed all inspections before releasing it like they did with the first car, they didn’t. I ultimately had to take my car that still has technical errors. They were very nonchalant about it. I will NEVER use them again. I suggest you use them with cautious and make sure that they do not have an agreement with the insurance company covering the cost of the damage first. If they do, their loyalty will be with the insurance company and not you as the customer. I regret taking my car to them.

I had my vehicle towed to the nearest Hyundai dealership per the Hyundai tow policy. When I called to find out where my vehicle was because I was going to have the work done at a location elsewhere I was told they would charge storage fees I was unaware it was there and nobody called me or asked me while I was waiting on my insurance company to reach out to me. Also after calling they tell me they are attached to the Hyundai dealership so the tow company chose for me.The work looks great and greatfull to have my brand new vehicle back. The only issue is that the shop doesn't like to be bothered by the customers. I appreciate the hard work but because there are part shortages that doesn't mean customers are going to not call after your vehicle has been there for a couple weeks because you worry or wonder if the parts are there or not. I called and although they weren't rude I was definitely talked to like I wasn't suppose to call them and over talked. That being said I am very happy with most of the work that I can see but they definitely need to realize who is paying them the customer and their insurance.

We haven't been in three years. It use to be a favorite, but the last time we went was a nightmare. We arrived for a early meal before the dinner/supper time and we were served food that had been reheated. When we brought this to the attention of the manager he said it had not been. I showed him what I meant the coutry-fried steak had a second coating of batter and reheated. He said no it hasn't. Both my husband and I showed him our food. He then says would we like him to get carry-out containers so we could eat at home. I said no, if we can't eat it here because it inedible what makes you think we'd want to take it home. He never once apologized or offered to make it right. We left and decided it would be our last time there. I emailed corporate, but never heard a word from them. Truly disappointed. You don't have a negative star so the one star was all I could leave other than this post.

If I could give zero stars I would Tom told me that they were going to pay for my car being towed to their shop from the impound lot. Once I got there and he saw I was black I guessing that’s what he meant by things have changed and now not only do I have to pay lot fees of 30 dollars I also have to pay a 75 dollar towing fee when I could have gotten my car towed there for free using my roadside service. And not only did they tell me it cost to write an estimate but didn’t write one and said that my car was totaled which is untrue because only the left tire was damaged and that was the only sensor showing at the time after the accident. I can’t wait til I get paid to be able to take my car to a real mechanic because I do know a little bit about cars myself and if my car had all the structural damage they claimed it wouldn’t been still in a straight position the tires would have been pushed one way and and the body of my car would have been sitting a whole different way! I don’t understand why he lied but God doesn’t like ugly and I am going to still pray that he be blessed! But be very careful what you do to a child of God’s is all I am going to say because my father in heaven can do much more then I can to this cheat and a liar!
