Friendly, knowledgeable staff. The pricing is more than fair and they were the only shop in the area willing to do an alignment on my car on coils. I'll be back for sure.

I pulled into town with a flat tire and trying to make my boy's baseball game. The patched up my tire and got me on the way in time. Very honest trustworthy shop. Definitely wish they were closer to where I live.

Brown Tire & Auto is an outstanding company. They know how to diagnose the malfunction, not just throw expensive parts at the problem until something works. They keep you fully informed with timely estimates for the repair. We are new to Montgomery, but will definitely be continuing to use this shop!

I've seen going to Brown Tire for about 2 years now and my 02 has lots of problems. It's incredible to find a mechanic shop with integrity AND know-how these days, I am thankful for the recommendation I got to use this shop because they have taken care of my car and have upheld their reasonable pricing the entire time and even fixed an issue 9 other shops couldn't help me with. Probably one of the best shops I've had the pleasure of bringing my POS car to. Strongly recommend, bet there isn't a better one in Alabama.

Had to get an oil change and tune up. They were quick and very professional. All in all it took about 1 1/2 hours. I will definitely use them again. But do your due diligence and always shop around.

They stay very busy so time frame with a long high is unclear. Communication are far as updates could definitely be better. The work they do and pricing is great

If it rolls, and needs a rubber, they will definitely make it happen. I had a set of 33s that were the most stiff tires I've ever seen. Dropped the truck off to them, and picked it up a few hours later. Awesome employees, atmosphere, and they are exceptional at their job. Would recommend and definitely will be a repeat customer
