Kayla was very friendly and answered all of my questions to perfection!!! I have used Breck Honea State Farm for over 8 years and I have never had an issue… Everyone has always been very friendly and answered any questions I have had over the years!!! I would recommend them to anyone if they needed life insurance, home owners insurance, or auto insurance!!!

Moved everything over to Hannah Taylor with State Farm. If I could give 6 stars I would. I hate all Insurance in general but Hannah’s professionalism and desire to help makes a huge difference and really is what sets her company apart from all the others. Thank you Hannah!

Rebecca has been the BEST agent we’ve ever had that is personal and knows us, works with us as individuals directly with a family friend vibe.
Rebecca & State Farm do NOT treat us like just another number on hold for a long wait time only to get someone who can barely understand what I’m saying.
Instead you get someone (for us it’s Rebecca) on the phone or email immediately!
There’s also the physical location and you can drop in at any time.
Rebecca not only helped us with our car insurance as a military family new to Alabama, but when we were ready to buy a home, she was very prompt getting numbers to lender and closing agents, running all our options by us, discounting our auto insurance significantly! And making it possible to close on a home in UNDER 3 weeks from the time of seeing the home for the first time!
After closing, Rebecca has still stayed in touch, updated us on the credit being applied to our auto insurance, notified us of renters policy ending as everything transitioned smoothly to homeowner she kept us updated every step of the way and is keeping a personal eye on our account to make sure all discounts and rates come out correctly during the next billing cycle with their new computer system.
How many insurance agents or companies truly take the personal time and care to do that now days??
If you’re looking for “old school service” where they treat you like they genuinely want to earn your business and are thrilled to help you and truly work their butts off, this State Farm & working with Rebecca is AMAZING!!!
Very military friendly!! Their rates were significantly lower than USAA. I don’t know what the deal is with USAA being so high, they use to support military families. But State Farm has stepped up to go above & beyond for military and they make so much more sense PLUS you get that personal touch that you do not get elsewhere.

Been with State Farm for the past 4 years or so and they've been much cheaper than alternatives.
I like their model of local agents. I didn't think I would care much or that it would make much difference at first, but being able to call or email the same group of people, or even go in to see them locally is much nicer than talking a nameless call center person in who-knows-where and talking to a different person each time.
As long as rates stay competitive, I can see myself staying with them for quite a while.
The Breck Honea team has been great. Rebecca Iavelo especially has recently helped us out with a new home purchase and some car quotes and been super patient and helpful.

Every time I call, email, or even text this office they are extremely prompt with their response! Everyone I have ever spoken with (in this particular office) has always been so kind, patient, and helpful!! I fear that excellent customer service is quickly becoming a thing of the past, but NOT WITH THIS OFFICE!!! ?
I have been working with Kayla for the past few weeks to get our 16 year old added to our policies as well as adding an additional vehicle. I can not express just how easy she has made this process!!
