“Impressive service from start to finish! I obtained 2 quotes from auto body shops and the other one was a little higher. I chose this establishment though because of the excellent friendly service. My 2001 Honda Civic was parked in a friend’s driveway while visiting and he backed out of his garage rear-ending the front of my car, causing damage to 2 panels that needed replacing. The work was completed in 5 days, much sooner than expected. An added bonus was a free loaner car offered during the repairs that saved time and expense of renting a car to get to my job. I’m very thankful for this and their excellent work! The car looks great now! They even cleaned the interior and washed the outside too. Amazing how smooth the whole process was and couldn’t be happier! Giving the highest recommendation to anyone needing auto body or paint work done.”

“How can I start saying how thankful I am for Nate, John, and Karly at Gerber. I had a vehicle towed by State Farm 2 hours away from our home and we had no clue what to expect from Gerber. Not only was the staff responsive but extremely professional, our vehicle was really close to being totaled. They went out of their way to make our vehicle just as it was when it went in. Hopefully, we will never need collision repair again but I wouldn’t hesitate giving them my business again. Absolutely the most pleasant experience.”

“Calibear Collision was quick and efficient in performing the service on my vehicle. I was originally told it would be ready the next day, but later informed there was a chance it could be finished the same day. I didn’t get my hopes up, but to my surprise, by around 4 PM the same day I dropped it off, my car was ready. They went above and beyond by buffing out a few extra scratches on the side of my car where the repair was done. The manager personally walked me out, explained everything they had completed, and made sure I was satisfied. The staff was very friendly, professional, and helpful throughout the process.
Overall, my experience was great, and I would definitely recommend this location for any repair needs.”

“I am very much appreciative of the work that Jack Ingram shop did on my Mercedes after an accident, although it was the customer service afterwards that truly stands out to me. After the repairs there was still internal damage from the accident that the insurance company denied. It was the professional insight of the estimator, Lance Conklin, that gave me the needed information I needed to properly dispute the insurance company. And although it took several months, the insurance finally admitted the damage was a result of the accident.
The extra time taken to help me in this situation was highly valued and reflects the professionalism and great customer service from this location. Highly recommend to say the least.”
