If I could give this company a zero I would. Worse customer service once you purchase merchandise. They recently sent someone to my home to pick up my refrigerator that I PAID for. If you can avoid this company PLEASE do so.

They had to check mileage to see if they still delivered to my area. They didn’t have nor had any idea as to whether they could get the washer/dryer set on website. They were suppose to do some checking and get back to me and that was over 5-days ago. They offered me a used washer. I asked for Ricky and they stated he was no longer there and listening to the shouting back and forth with me on the phone it was very unprofessional. Ricky may have been disliked by a few customers but Bestway appears to have been more professional when he was there.

I do not recommend this place to anyone. I initially wanted a stove and I end up finding another one so I called to cancel mind you this was back in September, I never got my refund and we are looking at a month later. I called a lady there every week and she kept giving me the run around about a manager calling me back etc. never did, she began to holler at me, saying “I’m calling every day” well this is my money and yall didn’t have a problem with taking it. Horrible customer service!!! This place will close I bet you that.

This store is Terrible Terrible Terrible. You will not get your merchandise on time .The manager is ghetto as hell.The whole staff is unpleasant and stupid. Think twice before u shop at this store.Its definitely not going to be open long because they are looking at several lawsuits.

Very rude, unprofessional, and argumentative. I stopped going back and forth with people like this a long time ago. Calling corporate and leaving reviews is all I know. People in the business need to know that their customers are the reason they receive a check and appreciate customers more than they do.

One of the worst companies ever! I got damaged furniture instead of the new furniture I purchased. Use Progressive Leasing or other furniture leasing and go somewhere else. It will be much cheaper for you and the furninture will be better quality if you go somewhere else! You also won't have to deal with the manager who is definitely unprofessional with the employees as well as the customers!

Very pleasant and very helpful. Things are a bit more expensive then I would like, but it is cool when your in a pinch. Had a W/D for almost 2 years paid on time and didn't get much of a discount when I returned it and got a living room set. After paying all that money you get no real discount. I paid for almost 2 years and get a 3 month discount. Should at least get 6 months. But anyway again it good when your in a bind.

If you don't refund the FRAUDULENT charges that you withdrew from my friend's bank account...HEADS ARE GOING TO ROLL! She made a payment for us ONCE! She NEVER gave you ANY permission to withdraw anything else from her account! You are breaking the law and if she is not refunded her money in full and her information removed from your records or ANOTHER penny comes from her account legal action WILL be taken...IN GODS NAME I WILL NOT LET THIS GO! Ricky...you WILL lose your job and be charged with theft!! PERIOD...
