Website stock accuracy is poor. Staff availability to help you get stuff that is locked up is hit or miss. They need help buttons. You go to the cashier and they call for help, but still hit or miss. I have to work to give them my money.

Horrible experiece. Manager refused to give me her name. RACIST refused to allow me to make a purchace because I was white. I was the ONLY person of a different race in the building and was aked to leave. Had the security officer ask me to leave and he was not even sure why. He was confused and could not understand why whe was refusing me service. DO NOT SHOP WITH THIS BEST BUY!! I have been a BEST BY CUSTOMER FOR YEARS, but NOT this location. I was in the area for work and needed a charging cable. What a mistake to stop in a plase like this!! How can BEST BUY allow a person to be a manager and DISCRIMINATE AGAINST A CUSTOMER BASED ON RACE.

Ricky was Awesome. He was very pleasant and informative. He tried everything to get my old computer working and even though we were doubtful he tried. Then was able to find me a great computer and price for a new one with everything that I wanted. I was kept informed of the process the entire time and met with him to get my new computer setup and backed up with everything off my old computer. I WOULD RECOMMEND RICKY 1000%%!

Purchased an "excellent" condition open box monitor from this store. When I received the product it has tape on it saying "inspected by best buy". Upon opening the monitor I found that it has significant scratches on it and had very obviously not been inspected at all. When calling the store they said they couldn't provide anything but a refund. Now I have to package the monitor back up, print a label and lug it to UPS all because they couldn't be bothered to take 2 minutes to open the box and look. Waste of time and money for both of us.

The item was in the stock on the website the night, in the morning and even when I got there. When I ordered it off of BestBuy, it said it would be delivered to Auburn store the next day. It didn’t. I drove to Montgomery BestBuy because I needed it immediately and it showed that it was in stock there. The representative did not bother to check if their location had it or not and told me they didn’t have the status of the item and that they cannot tell me anything about it. Awful experience and wasted my whole day!

We visited Best Buy and Jared assisted us to find everything we needed. He was very informative and had great customer service. I would highly recommend finding Jared if you need to visit this store!

I bought the cube tracker from a helpfull employee and I wish I had got their name as I was just passing thru. Excellent service and the cube tracker is remarkable. Thanks best buy 😃

Literally just left this place and would recommend anywhere but this place to shop!!!! Several associates at the register and at the welcome desk just talking as if several customers including my self asking for help. I found one associate and I said excuse me and he replied “ you’re gonna have to ask someone else , I’m busy’” before I could ask the question.
I’m returning tomorrow to speak with management and if that doesn’t work, I’ll be contacting corporate!!!! This was the worst customer service that I have ever experienced!!!! Take your hard earned money to a business that appreciates you as a customer
