Everything about my experience here was incredible!! They got my cat in right away. The staff were so welcoming and friendly. All prices were given up front and test results/treatment plan were thoroughly discussed. Dr. Johnson was amazing with my kitty and is extremely knowledgeable. I even got a follow up call the next day on a Sunday with them checking in to make sure my cat was doing alright. Truly a 5 star experience from start to finish. Highly professional team of staff.

I used Pet Urgent Care while in the process of moving to board 2 cats and 1 dog. They are reasonably priced and my animals were taken very good care of and loved on. I will be using them again for boarding in the future.

Pet urgent care has made sure i was up to date on all the prices of what they were doing as well as make sure my pet was taken great care of. There is a Courtney and a Rachel there that have been amazing. I highly recommend this place!

My fiancé and I brought in our kitty (Bear) cause he had been throwing up, to make a long story short. Dr. Bisson took care of us, and I use those words very loosely. We both felt that he was very passive aggressive and although Bear ended up being fine and Dr. Bisson let us know he was healthy, he made it seem as if there were no reason for him to be seen. He was quite rude and vague the entirety of the appointment, it didn’t feel appropriate, the girls at the front desk are so welcoming and helpful though!

We recently brought in our retriever with a mass on her leg. We chose Pet Urgent Care of Montgomery after contacting other clinics that seemed impersonal and condescending.
Dr. Kim immediately suspected that the mass might a mast cell tumor. She ran a test which confirmed her suspicion. She advised against conducting any other - in her opinion unnecessary - tests that another clinic had insisted upon. Dr. Kim made room in her surgical schedule the very next day to remove the tumor. Dr. Kim explained the procedure and follow-on care in great detail.
Such a relief to have a healthy dog. Thanks Dr. Kim!!

I was traveling from one state to another and one of cats got sick. I got her right in. The vet and staff were amazing and got her feeling better so I can continue my trip. Highly recommend!
