I received a new OEM fender and I hired Red Bazzell and son to do the work. All I needed was to have my fender painted and matched. I was a paying customer. I didn’t want to get the insurance involved and was willing to pay whatever I had to pay to get the job done. I awaited three weeks and finally I received a message saying “the fender is damaged. You will have to pick this one up and get a new one.” I asked what was wrong with it. The response I got was “the fender is rolled and damaged to the front.” After three weeks of patiently waiting for them to call me to bring in my truck, I learned that my fender was casted aside for that amount of time to then tell me it was damaged. I called my insurance and funny thing is red Bazzell is who they wanted me to go to until expressed my concern for the work to be done properly and with care and I also provided photos of my part. The insurance has me going to Another shop in Auburn because my Money will not be spent at Chico’s, Bazzell, and or Joe Hudson.

The best place in town if you need auto body work done. Professional, considerate, and great communicators. Their work is so thorough that you can't tell the car was ever damaged.
Do take your vehicle in and get a quote. I bet it will compare favorably with what other shops charge, and you can depend on everything being done right.

I looked for weeks for a shop that had time to do my repairs without a lengthy wait. Most shops were a month out! Passed by Bazzell and decided to stop. I took my car in on a Monday. Not only did they do an excellent job, but it was also ready for pick-up on Friday! This is now my preferred shop. When you go ask for Casey and tell him Sondra sent you.

As bitter sweet as it can be when I have something that I need help with due to an accident or any related problems with a vehicle. I am always thankful to see the folks here at their office. The staff and all the people I have dealt with are courteous as well as professional. I highly recommend anyone in the need check out these nice folks and they will not steer you wrong.

They were amazing getting my side view mirror replaced. They were completely busy but still took the time to accept my repair request. They were affordable, part came in quick, and EVERYONE there was so friendly. Highly recommend.
