“On June 19th, went to O'Reilly to get my car diagnostic code. The guy said to go to my car and turn the car on. I did. He came to my car. I asked him did he need for me to open my hood. He didn't respond. He just plugged his machine to my car. When he finished he said that he was going to print it out. I followed him back to the store. He pulled the paper from the printer, swung it then told me that it was mixed liquids. I went to Express oil with mixed up diagnostics. I got an oil change thinking that I didn't have enough fluids in my car but he was speaking more of the motor and transmission. If he only took time to explain the code. He could have been a bit kinder. From the time he waited on me, he never looked up at me.”
