I was given a quote by Mr. Barlow along with the day it would be finished. I had a fender replace, headlight bezel, running light and the front bumper replaced and painted.
The truck was finished on the day he said it would be, at the cost he quoted. The work was of excellent quality! I would recommend Mr. Barlow and his staff to anyone looking for body work.

I took my truck to Mr. Barlow shop to have some bubbles in paint and scratches on fender well painted.Mr. Barlow quoted me a price, told me when my truck would be ready. Picked truck up as he said, it looked awesome I couldn’t tell where scratches had been. He did a fantastic job. I will use him again if I need body work.Service: Body & Trim

Maybe if you're local this place would be alright, but I am out of town and had to deal with the shop from a distance. Their communication is poor. They don't call you when they say they will to give you updates, and often don't pick up the phone during their hours.They told me that my car would be done on a Wednesday, but to call Thursday morning to make sure since there was one thing they still needed to do. I tried calling about ten times that Thursday morning, but no one answered for over two hours, and by that point I wasn't about to spend all day on the road to get my car since I live over 4 hours away and get back home at 10 or 11 at night, so I said I would come the following Tuesday since Friday was Christmas eve. They said great, it will be ready any day next week. When I showed up on Tuesday they told me that it had just finished being done a few minutes ago. I had no idea they were still working on the car. What if I had showed up Monday, or earlier? On top of that the inside of the car was dirty and there was a chip on the front bumpers paint. I should have inspected it closer there, but when I did notice it just down the road from them when I was getting gas and let them know, they made it out to be my fault. That I must have hit something. I found their tone completely unprofessional and rude. They said there was nothing they could do because I didn't take it back to them, and of course by now I am a state away, so they have gotten off without consequence from their shoddy work. I do not recommend giving your business to a place that treats its customers this way.Services: Body & Trim
