Went into store to purchase a battery. Employee was really nice and helpful. Offered to install battery and everything.

I was able to find what I was looking for quickly however, the line to the cash registers was quite long. I see they have a self serving checkout but it was not being used. Too bad it would have made my experience a 5 star.
