I dreaded the process of going into the ATT store to purchase a new phone. I anticipated a long wait and customer service agents that were so busy it would be impossible to get assistance with setting up my new phone. To my surprise, I was greeted at the door as I was getting out of my car. David provided impeccable, unmatched customer service. He assisted with choosing the right phone for me; providing its features, installed apps and even transferred my data. My visit was stress-free. The store is clean, the other agents were friendly and it had a very welcoming atmosphere. I highly recommend the Ann Street location.

The manager there is usless. Dressed like a thug. Talked like a thug. The help I got on customer service he could have done to. No training obviously.

Went in to see what phones I could upgrade to and Clint was very helpful and got me a way better deal. As I told him I was going to be starting my career as a OTR trucker and he got me a new phone plus hooked me up with a second one for hotspot!

Terrible service ! The manager is super rude, not only to customers but to workers. Not the white man but the black lady unfortunately. She turns people around, tells them the wrong information, and acts as though as customers we are bothering her when asking questions. Very rude. Terrible service. Not att as a company but this specific branch !

Horrible store. Mike the manager was extremely rude to me and denied me service and told me to leave and go to the corporate store all because they’re horrible at explaining the process and will not show you what all they do to your account. James, the sales rep, is being trained wrong by this manger and told me yes when I asked if I owned the phone outright, and then tried to lie about what he said to me when I have a witness saying she never heard it either. I have never been treated so poorly as a customer until I went to this store. DO NOT GO HERE. ONLY GO TO A CORPORATE STORE.

Jaquita did a fantastic job helping me set up my new phone and convert things from my OLD slow phone to the new one. She works hard is patient and helpful to everyone who comes in! Great service at this AT&T location!

I've purchased several devices from this location over the past three years. No problems, until Tuesday when I tried to go by there to trade-in a device and there was a sign on the door "Gone to Lunch" The time when I visited was 4:15 PM.

I just purchased a iPhone 13+ max this was the most pleasant experience I’ve ever had with AT&T I was in and out within 20 minutes they had everything set up a very professional and very friendly and went out of their way to make sure everything was just perfect thank you AT&T for hiring such a professional fully such as Jaquita. Service is great. Employees are exceptional. Took a star off because, the volume of clients they receive exceed the capacity of the two employees on shift. However they manage to somehow juggle 10 to 16 at one. Increase employee numbers during peek times of high season will makes the experience much better
