“Great location with proximity to so much in and around downtown Montgomery. I lived here for about 11 months and had a great experience in the complex and around the area. The leasing team was great and always welcomed current and prospective residents with a smile. Parking can sometimes be a bit of a challenge later at night and there is some natural street noise because of the location, but those are a small price to pay for the location and camaraderie within the complex. Thanks to The Heights and its team for contributing to an excellent experience in the area!”
“Teshawn is the best. He has helped me with several heavy items. Always so pleasant to talk to. Peppertree Apartments is so friendly. This is my 2nd time living here. The entire property is very well maintained.

“I honestly can't see myself living anywhere else. The staff in the office are very polite and accommodating. Maintenance is TOP TIER and are very on top of service requests, you never have to wait if you have an issue. Management is good about handling any issues, especially when it comes to safety and unauthorized use of amenities. They really strive to keep their guests happy. I hear some people complain about rent, but it's AMAZING for everything you get, the service, and the vibes overall. It's literally an Oasis. Couldn't have asked for a better first home. They always look for ways to make living here better for their guests.”

“Stayed at Addison park apartments for a year I enjoyed my stay. The application process was very quick.When I moved in the first day there was a roach problem but it did get taken care of. Maintenance was wonderful anytime there was an issue it was fixed if not the same day the next day. Sam and Kendra are the best to work with.”
