“Moving so far away from home and my family was a little scary at first, but The Heights has made the transition so much easier. Christine and Whitney in the office have been absolutely wonderful—they’re so kind, friendly, and comforting every time I stop by. They’ve really made me feel welcome here, like I have a little piece of home away from home.
Craig, the maintenance man, is also incredible. He’s so quick to help whenever something comes up and truly cares about keeping everything in great shape. The whole property is always clean and well taken care of, and I love that the gates are always working—it makes me feel safe and at ease.
I’m so thankful I chose The Heights. It’s not just an apartment complex, it feels like a community where people genuinely care.”
“Cute as a button, neat as a pin, and neighbors as quiet as a mouse! Great employees, superior lawn and maintenance team! Spacious exercise room with glass wall view of the sparkling, beautiful pool! Pretty pond and winding sidewalks for attractive short walking paths! Very attractive floor plans with generous indoor storage areas! Convenient to shopping , movies, and restaurants! I feel this is a safe gated community! Thanks to everybody!”
“My husband and I have lived in two rentals owned by Residence Group in the Garden District and Cloverdale area for a year and a half. Rick, Sellers, and Bill have been friendly, professional, and accommodating to us. They are great at communication and will always make you feel welcomed in the community. We always recommend our friends to contact Residence Group if they need a place to live that’s convenient to downtown and in an adorable, historic part of town. We will never forget our first homes with them!!!”
“I honestly can't see myself living anywhere else. The staff in the office are very polite and accommodating. Maintenance is TOP TIER and are very on top of service requests, you never have to wait if you have an issue. Management is good about handling any issues, especially when it comes to safety and unauthorized use of amenities. They really strive to keep their guests happy. I hear some people complain about rent, but it's AMAZING for everything you get, the service, and the vibes overall. It's literally an Oasis. Couldn't have asked for a better first home. They always look for ways to make living here better for their guests.”

“I lovvvve how spacious my apartment is. Most fixtures are relatively updated maintenance is very responsive and there is an in unit washer/dryer connection. That said, there are issues. It's an older apartment and overall they do a good job of keeping it up but the bathrooms could seriously use a renovation. They spray painted the tubs in my unit and the paint is peeling and no matter how often and well I clean them they look grundgey and it makes them peel more. Also it is very conveniently located to downtown (which is great!) but very closely located to Ann Street. I am not pleased with security here. They say they have a company but I never see them patrolling, it isn't gated, there is now only one entrance and exit and there have been several incidents that unfortunately may cause me to move if they do not improve security.”
“This is my first apartment complex so I can't really compare it to other apartment complexes but I really like it a lot, I had have been living here for 6 months, the office staff is very friendly and helpful, as is the maintenance staff, they are very responsive whenever you need assistance, they do works to keep in good shape all the installations, I haven't had any problems with my apartment really, the neighbors are nice and the location is great, is nice, quite and I feel safe. My personal experience has been very positive and I highly recommend this place!”
“Stayed at Addison park apartments for a year I enjoyed my stay. The application process was very quick.When I moved in the first day there was a roach problem but it did get taken care of. Maintenance was wonderful anytime there was an issue it was fixed if not the same day the next day. Sam and Kendra are the best to work with.”
