I really don’t like my nails. I got them done by some lady and she didn’t give me what I asked for and one of my nails already started lifting the day I got them done. I hate confrontation but I wish I did this time because I am so not happy with these

I like my nails however they need to do a better job at listening. At first my nails were being painted a color I didn’t ask for but they insisted it was. Then I had to repeat how I wanted my toes done three times and they tried to give me a pedicure when I just asked for a color change. Listen more and stop rushing trying to move on so fast.

0 Stars…. I only had my nails done for a week and some change, already peeling all the way. Paint job wasn’t the best also. Toes were fine.

Their quality has gone down hill and the prices have gone up! $100 for nails and toes two weeks today and my nail broke. This is the second time this has happened in a row. Not to mention you pay extra for gel that doesn’t last a week I work a desk job so I’m not hard on my hands. I will be finding somewhere else to go unfortunately

This has been the most horrible experience ever that I have received from a nail salon and been getting my nails done for well over 35 years. The manager is extremely RUDE and does not take accountability for any mistakes that her technicians make. I gave them 3 times to correct my messed up nails, and I had to wear them messed up to an event and was in a hurry. Other than that I would have taken several pictures to post of my nails. The customer service is awful. They pass you around like your on a factories' assembly line and will not even greet you. Will never get a penny of my money. I been going well over 10 years and spend $100-$120 each visit. NEVER AGAIN! Your company will hear from me again too.Services: Pedicure

Ofcourse like most businesses, that mess up. This place said they did no wrong at all, blamed me as the customer. Now their im Eastchase, and most people that have common sense know that they have very high expenses so i get that. But the way that I was treated is very unacceptable. I was told 2 times that I just could come back later for repairs, because they were busy and it was just a repair. When people pay their hard earned money, they would like great service. This is not the place to go to for great service. I should have known better from all of the recent horrible reviews and talking to other customers while i was there. I would rate this money hungry, HORRIBLE customer service, MOVE CUSTOMERS IN AND OUT AS QUICKLY AS POSSIBLE WITHOUT LISTENING TO THEIR CUSTOMERS WISHES FOR THEIR SERVICE place a 0!!!!!!if I could .Being an owner of multiple businesses, I never ever write a bad review on companies, because I always try my very best to give businesses a chance to rectify situations and be human. But I used to go here for well over 10 years or more until now. I went for dip nails. I first got my nails done on a Saturday then 2 nails dip powder completely chipped off. I went back on a Tuesday for those 2 repairs and was asked what did I do and manager was laughing at me like I was lying while spending my valuable time and gas to come back. Then, Wednesday 2 more chipped. Then, Friday 2 more chipped. I went back THREE Times for them to correct chiped nails within 2 or 3 days of each visit. The manager and technician blamed me and asked me what did I do to my nails. I only typed on my laptop and nothing else. I have had dip nails done several times at many other nail salons and this never happened. When I called and explained to the receptionist my situation, she asked me to come at 7 before they closed because they were busy and a repair is something that's pressing. Anthony Vince you all should be more concerned about retaining customers instead of just making quick money and who's next. Your service is beyond horrible now and will never receive any more of my money ever. Plus, the gel polish for my pedicure looks and feels extremely thinned out and stretched. Just like a lot of nail salons, they seem to be thinning out the nail polish in order to stretch the polish to last longer so they can charge the high price and buy way less supplies. Ofcourse you need to make money as a company, but when all your company cares about is the money and that's it, Anthony Vince your company needs to shut the doors.

My wife has gone to Anthony Vince the past 5 times. She had a wonderful experience the first time, but it went downhill from there.Firstly, my wife is Vietnamese, so she can understand that the employee blamed my wife for the “horrible” job. She came back and requested Ni Ni, I believe that’s the name, but she was off so the lady in the front took her nails off and did a new set which was $100 dollar and she tipped $20.But within a few days, they started lifting and she came back for a fill in within 10 days. Ni ni did her fill ins, but all the parts that were lifted was not fixed properly again so within a week, her nails began lifting again and hair was getting caught between the artificial nails and the real nail.Anyone that wear nails know they shouldn’t be lifting that badly after only 1 fill in. When she was there, she expressed how unhappy that her nails lifted that badly with Ni ni, but she only cared about talking to her husband about how fast she can do a fill in. Not recommended.

Not what it used to be... The space is still very clean and sanitary but the quality of what you get is not the same. The pedicure's "extended massage" portion was so disappointing. They spend 0 minutes massaging your feet, just a 10 second graze. It was careless and a waste of money.Services: Pedicure

Worst experience, they don’t clean their utensils and they are very rude. I got an infection in the corner of my toes hours after visiting them. I went to my doctor the next day and was prescribed some inflammatory pills to take daily for thirty days. My wife and I will not be going back.Service: Pedicure

Typically I love this salon but not anymore after one incident I recently had. I asked for French tips and my nails were see through!! I left because I had to be at a function - went back to the nail salon 20 minutes later because the nails were horrible, and they refused to give me a free quick color change! Acted like they were going to, telling me "So sorry, We will fix this for you, please sit. This is our mistake", then waited until the end to charge me 15 DOLLARS!!!! Just to change the color after they had given me see through nails!!! Attached are the French nails that I paid $85 for....Update... it's been less than 5 days and two nails have broken already. My mistake for giving them another chance, but surely that will never happen again!! If I could give 0 stars... I would.Services: Manicure

I have used this nail shop numerous times in the past but today was my last time. My husband decided to take our 2 daughters and 2 grands to get nails done for a late ValentinesDay gift. I waited with my grands to with the others prepped for their pedicure. A lady with yarn in her hair approached and said the girls would need to get gel polish because if they got messed up she didn't have time to fix it. She wanted to argue with me about putting gel polish on a 2 year old and 5 year old. ? If you don't service children state that but I am not putting hard polish on a 2 year old because it is convenient for your business. She upset me so bad my whole family left. We will not be back.

My daughter was looking forward to having her nails done and even using her own money to do it. I brought here because this is where I have come for a long time. Big mistake!! The color was not what she chose and then when they were almost done, they tell her that they can’t do the design she wants which is just some polka dots and lines. They then rushed us out the door and I left with a very disappointed daughter. Absolutely terrible customer service and I will never be back!!!!!Service: Acrylic nails
