From the moment My wife and I walked in the door we were greeted with a friendly smile and even a measuring tape in case we needed one. We enjoyed having the freedom of looking throughout the store without being pressured. Ultimately we made our selection of two pieces and were very pleased with the availability in their HUGE warehouse and the quick checkout process. My experience at American Oak and More was awesome. The moment I walked in I was welcomed, I told them I was looking for den furniture and was pointed in the right direction and told to let them know if they could answer any questions for me. They allowed me to browse without any pressure. After a while, Cothee came up to me to be sure I was finding the furniture I had in mind. I began asking questions . She was so helpful and patient with me as I narrowed down my finaldecisions. I’m excited about my new furniture!!! Will I shop again with American Oak and More? You got it!! I definitely will continue to be a customer. In fact, this is not my first purchase from them. It won’t be the last! See you there!!

They responded to my text & called me the morning after I sent the text! I missed the call, but when I called them back a few minutes later, they were very helpful with delivery vs pickup and made purchasing easy. Excellent business enterprise!

My wife wanted a farm house table and bench. We looked on line and found a business within a short driving distance. We inquired if they had a table in stock. They replied that they did.. We drove to business and staff showed us several sizes and styles. Wife picked one out. It was exactlywhat she wanted, and it was on sale!They have good products. Very pleased with experience.
