Kolby and outlaw were phenomenal during our delivery. We had our original delivery and Kolby noticed something wrong with the couch so he made sure to make note of it so we could get a replacement. They replaced it the next week and were very kind and made sure everything was perfect before leaving. I will definitely recommend American freight. Perfect customer service!!
