Major provided EXCEPTIONAL customer service!! He was prompt, professional, and motivated to ensure my order was correct and my experience was top-tier. Not only did he personally load my items near closing, but he took extra care to ensure my vehicle was not damaged. Major’s can-do positive attitude was beyond impressive! Promote this man to store manager to ensure ALL customers receive the service they seek!!
